Overall good experience for a before, and after hotel at a close proximity to the airport

Good stay. Quiet. Bed was comfy and the pillows were good. Even the towels were a good size and appeared to be in good condition, (not like some that are so thin and barely dry your body). Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. Staff in the dining area was very pleasant.

Very good! Helpful staff and clean room

We do a late check in but it turns to be a smooth and pleasant. The front desk is amazing(just forgot to get her name). She gave us a late check out, a courtesy for checking in late. The breakfast is absolutely delicious even though it’s a typical continental breakfast the taste is also amazing (I suggest to add it to your booking). Also, there is a complimentary free parking adding to this is a free shuttle for the airport.

Everything in the property was perfect.The spacious rooms ,The staff was friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations for nearby attractions. After a day of exploring the city, returning to such a welcoming environment felt like a true retreat what I most like they have shuttle service to downtown.

Staff was very friendly

The staff were good. I liked the front desk guest services and all housekeepers, maintenance and the kitchen staff. My stay we not that great due to the AC being an issue. It malfunctioned and was intermittently. They said they "fixed" it but it was still on going issue. I wanted percentage/partial refund but they were willing to give a 25 dollar voucher to commissary lol changing rooms on 3rd night wouldn't have made sense since I was leaving the next day anyways. Manager wouldn't even speak with me directly. The AC emitted a gust of STANK sewer smell which circulated the room daily. The grout on the bathroom shower wall needed bleach and a good scrub. And the perimeter of the pool inside where the water level casted a whole black line of muck and the stair stepper needed scrubbing cuz the black was on the stairs too! I told them if they weren't able to give me a partial reimbursement then they will have to deal with the poor review. I paid for my room in full before coming online and I think they gave us the least favourite room because money was already paid upfront. And the breakfast, it was not worth paying for it should be included because I've been to a few different hotels/motels that offer complementary breakfasts and they were making an omelette right in front of you! I thought if we were paying this would be a supreme breakfast. But it was very avg. Scrambled egg like you see in hospitals, bacon & sausage muffins etc. just sharing my experience...

Clean room and efficient airport shuttle

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless.

You have to call for the shuttle to get you and it took almost an hour.

Was a nice property I booked the wrong one but still worked out great. Other than the first night the rain was so bad our window was leaking but we notified the staff and they quickly remedied it by putting us in a different room. Thanks to the great staff.

Good place. I would use it again. Was only there for one night and left at 5:00 am so I did not use any of the facilities.

I had a great experience with Sheraton and would come back again. The staff was laid back and very helpful when needed. They let me have a late checkout since my gf was feeling sick and was patient when we packed next morning. The renovations def helps the property.
