Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Mississauga

The staff were good. I liked the front desk guest services and all housekeepers, maintenance and the kitchen staff. My stay we not that great due to the AC being an issue. It malfunctioned and was intermittently. They said they "fixed" it but it was still on going issue. I wanted percentage/partial refund but they were willing to give a 25 dollar voucher to commissary lol changing rooms on 3rd night wouldn't have made sense since I was leaving the next day anyways. Manager wouldn't even speak with me directly. The AC emitted a gust of STANK sewer smell which circulated the room daily. The grout on the bathroom shower wall needed bleach and a good scrub. And the perimeter of the pool inside where the water level casted a whole black line of muck and the stair stepper needed scrubbing cuz the black was on the stairs too! I told them if they weren't able to give me a partial reimbursement then they will have to deal with the poor review. I paid for my room in full before coming online and I think they gave us the least favourite room because money was already paid upfront. And the breakfast, it was not worth paying for it should be included because I've been to a few different hotels/motels that offer complementary breakfasts and they were making an omelette right in front of you! I thought if we were paying this would be a supreme breakfast. But it was very avg. Scrambled egg like you see in hospitals, bacon & sausage muffins etc. just sharing my experience...

Clean room and efficient airport shuttle

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless.

You have to call for the shuttle to get you and it took almost an hour.

Was a nice property I booked the wrong one but still worked out great. Other than the first night the rain was so bad our window was leaking but we notified the staff and they quickly remedied it by putting us in a different room. Thanks to the great staff.

Good place. I would use it again. Was only there for one night and left at 5:00 am so I did not use any of the facilities.

I had a great experience with Sheraton and would come back again. The staff was laid back and very helpful when needed. They let me have a late checkout since my gf was feeling sick and was patient when we packed next morning. The renovations def helps the property.

Check-in was not smooth. I was actually booked into a room that was already occupied! So I walked in on a man in the washroom. Embarrassing. I have never had that happen before. No idea how the front desk managed to do that. Whatever “the Marriott scent” is … ugh. It’s nauseating. I had to hold my breath every time I walked through the lobby. Thank goodness it was only in the lobby otherwise I would not have been able to stay.

The shuttle service from the airport wa disgraceful. I waited 50 minutes. I asked for a wake up call which I did not get. The shuttle does not go at convenient times in the morning. The shuttle vehicle I doubt would pass a road test. The driver took back roads and was nearly able to keep it straight. I would not recommend this property for airport travel.

The bar/restaurant was good. The guest laundry was also a good addition.

The hotel was falling apart and very dirty. The pool area had green milder puddles and you could see the dirt on the carpets even in the hallways. The bathrooms were falling apart. The vents hanging off the ceiling. Gunk in the wall. The staff were beyond lovely and friendly. But over all, it was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.
