Staffs are friendly and the room is clean and cozy. Wonder if they have slippers, but i did not find them in the room. Also I just stayed one night and did not ask.

Everything was pretty good. Cleaning, well located, close to the USA consulate and Calgary Flames Arena. I gotta say the pool was not as awesome as I expected, to be honest I didn't even feel like using it. And the AC in our room was a little loud.

Close to the mall and the saddledome. Staff was super friendly and the pool/hot tub was nice as well.

It says made to order breakfast. But if you are including breakfast in your booking it is going to be generic buffet breakfast with fixed options. Also, expedia book do not involve total cost proporty asked me to pay $66 tax claiming it was not covered in expedia booking.

If you need a place to sleep for a night, it's good enough, although there are multiple better options in the area for the same price. While checking in, there was a line, and multiple staff simply walked by, looked, and continued on while the poor girl at the desk was stuck with a confused guest. The room was clean, and the bed was decent. The pillows lacked any firmness at all. While not directly the hotel's fault, the location in Calgary gets quite sketchy, and quite dirty surrounding the hotel. What is directly the hotel's fault is charging almost $40 a night for parking in a city where the average is half that. Even more egregious is that during check out they hit me with "Marketing Development Fee" of $11. No explanation as to what it is, or why it wasn't worked into the original cost of the night, or even why they didn't mention it during check in. Just scummy behavior. I had originally booked the place because it was close to an event I was attending. Regardless of how close it is to future events, I won't be back, and would rather walk an extra 10 mins.

Overall my stay was very nice! The parking can be a bit confusing since it’s not accessible until you go inside and let them know you’ll be using their parking garage. Other than that, the restaurant inside the hotel was great and the staff were extremely kind! I would recommend staying with them!

Two of the three times I spoke to the front desk, they spoke very fast and were abrupt and unhelpful, the hospitality did not match to cost of my stay. Also I understand it is outside of the hotel's control, but there was very loud construction right outside my window very late into the night, keeping me up past 2 a.m. that I was not made aware of before hand.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, but the restaurant and breakfast fall short of expectations. The breakfast is inadequately prepared, the buffet is minimal, and the service varies greatly from that of the front desk. It doesn't quite feel like a Hilton Garden Inn, especially compared to our positive experiences with Hilton hotels worldwide. As a frequent traveler, I recommend skipping the breakfast here, as there's a Tim Hortons nearby with more variety and affordable prices.

The hotel was nice but there were things I was unaware of before staying here. The LRT is just outside and starts operating at 4:30. The road crossings and general noise woke me up. There is construction across the street that starts around 6:00. Homeless. So many homeless wandering around and sleeping. This is an anomaly but the water was turned off on the morning of my leave. Luckily there was a notification slipped under the door so I could adjust my schedule.

Room was lovely and spacious , lacked toiletries don’t expect any extras . Front desk staff very friendly and helpful . Ester went out of her way to help us with a frustrating parking app. Location is awful sadly homeless people all around the hotel including the outside front steps . Underground parking is a ridiculous $37 . We had the option to park across the street for a much lower rate with the risk of having your car vandalized. We returned to our car to find someone had defacated beside our car . Breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately I would never stay here again

Things were great for one night - I just didn't sleep well because of the pillows. I just find that frustrating when the bed is comfy etc. And the AC blows on you rather than up, so I was either quite warm when it wasn't running or freezing when it was. Otherwise, it was all good there! If you're a better sleeper than me you'll likely be fine. Lol

We were not expecting so many homeless people and drug users passed out all around the property including the front entrance. The breakfast wasn’t worth it nor good so the next morning went next door to Tim Horton’s for breakfast. More homeless people and begging for money and we watched a drug deal go down inside restaurant. I love Hilton but they need to clean this one up because currently it’s scary on the streets all around this property.
