Everything was good as expected. We stayed from Sat to Monday. Spacious room, clean, comfy bedding, sports and news on TV, coffee and tea in room. Overall very favourable experience. I just wish parking wasn't so expensive. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Dining is great, though very limited vege options.

I didnt like how the bar closed at 10pm. It was a Sunday but some people may have flown in later in the day. 10pm is way too early to close a hotel bar.

Location was convenient and not far from downtown, close to scenic buildings like the library and theatres. Nice bar in the lobby and solid breakfast. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. It has the usual hvac unit noise.

Good hotel for the price, exceptional breakfast for these types of hotels. We booked for a tub but there was none, which was disappointing. No parking right outside hotel entrance and you have to pay for parking. Not bad

Very uncomfortable toilet seat and the shower was quite frustrating. It was not a pleasant experience for the Price we paid. I would say the bathroom was the main issue we had. But other than that the hot tub water was ice cold and there was no warning about this. There was no signs mentioning that the hot tub was out of order at the time. It just seemed very unprofessional for the name Hilton.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious and clean, so are the bathrooms. The bar has nice drinks and good food. I didn’t try the breakfast or the restaurant, so I can’t comment on them. The streets outside of the hotel are pretty rough. They are full of homeless and a drug addicted guy attacked us as we were getting into our Uber right in front of the hotel. At that moment I realized why this area was much cheaper than the other hotels I was looking at. I will avoid staying here on my next visit, and it’s not because there’s anything wrong with the hotel itself.

It's conveniently located, but the actual cost turned out to be significantly higher than the booking price. Plus, basic amenities like a toothbrush and breakfast are not included, and even water comes at an additional charge.

Clean nice, new facility but lacked water pressure and hot water. We were checking out on Sunday May,11th and tried to have a shower around 7:30-7:45am at first the pressure was non existant and took about 10min to get any source of hot water.
I understand that it may take awhile to get hot water all the way up to the 8th floor but pressure? Just a little disappointed from such a fine showing facility.
