Kind service, best place for walking tour at downtown

I kept stubbing my toe on the lip between the floor and the carpet that surrounds the bed. The lip between the 2 is quite prominent. Staff and cleanliness was great. It was just weird the way they did the floor.

Room had an amazing view of the city

Location OK for downtown Calgary. Hotel has no parking. Had to use public parking.

Property is nice and in a good location for access to the city. There is a shelter very close by but we were never bothered or made to feel unsafe. Access to the train is very handy but made for some noisy nights! Restaurant was okay.

Everything was pretty good. Cleaning, well located, close to the USA consulate and Calgary Flames Arena. I gotta say the pool was not as awesome as I expected, to be honest I didn't even feel like using it. And the AC in our room was a little loud.

Not a great selection for breakfast.

The room was lovely. Good parking. The restaurant had hours of operation that didn’t work for our schedule. I had a problem with a double booking that Expedia could resolve easily but the hotel staff did not answer the phone with several tries so I was charged.

Close to the mall and the saddledome. Staff was super friendly and the pool/hot tub was nice as well.

Staff are really nice and the restuant has good food for both breakfast and dinner. Will stay here regularly when in Calgary.

Parking was a major issue - expensive from 6 am- 6 pm $4 per hour - after 6 it was $15 for 12 hours - no coffee in lobby if you were wanting to grab one upon arrival or departure - breakfast was good - but expensive if you did not have it included in your stay (average of $20 each plus cost for your choice of drink) - very noisy area to stay - windows are not sound proof The hotel sits right beside the train that runs consistently - lots of sirens (police- ambulance- fire) - not always safe to walk around that area in the evening.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly and the area was very clean

First, after arriving, our room didn't look proper, so they had to change us to another room. The advertising for free Wi-Fi is false; you have to pay for it. On the weekends the staff did not pay attention to the customers.

The shampoo and soaps need to change. It was a musky old man scent and kept me up. The room was quiet but lots of light pollution from outside. The curtains should be operable. The heating unit is also crazy loud. Also not allowing food delivery up to the room makes travelling and staying there a bit of an issue.

Clean, great staff, good location.
