The staff went above and beyond to help us with a room configuration that better suited 3 adults instead of sharing a full size bed. The rooms themselves could use a bit of updating but the location is perfect; near gastown, the waterfront, and Robson street. Very walkable location.

Booked this hotel for it's proximity to the Canada Place cruise terminal. It was very convenient! Great location and nice views of the harbor. The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel is need of refurbishment, but noticed that is planned for spring of 2026 (so that's a good thing). The restaurant on property was very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, though a bit dated. As an Expedia Gold member, I appreciated the extra restaurant coupon, as well as the early check-in and late check-out. The gym is a good size, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The location is excellent—close to Gastown and very convenient for attending events at the Vancouver Convention Centre. I would happily stay here again.

The property did let me check in an hour early but when we got to the room the shower gel was out and the fan in the AC/Heat makes a loud clunking sound.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were very friendly. Thats where it ends. The hotel needs renovating badly. Those rooms were not worth what we paid by a long shot.

Quality of the food in the dining area was only fair. Main course dinner item was tasteless. Tables too close for breakfast, making meal uncomfortable as the waiters brushed by in inadequate space between tables. Rooms were worn, some equipment worn out. Example - black leather chair was broken, would not stay up. Not acceptable for a $500 to $600 per night room. I would not go back.
