Our stay at the Pinnacle Hotel in Vancouver was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for sightseeing, with the Harbourfront just a short walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The buffet breakfast was outstanding—great variety, fresh options, and a relaxing start to each day. Dinner at the hotel was also very good, with quality dishes and attentive service that made dining in a pleasure. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vancouver. Booked this hotel for it's proximity to the Canada Place cruise terminal. It was very convenient! Great location and nice views of the harbor. The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel is need of refurbishment, but noticed that is planned for spring of 2026 (so that's a good thing). The restaurant on property was very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with a room configuration that better suited 3 adults instead of sharing a full size bed. The rooms themselves could use a bit of updating but the location is perfect; near gastown, the waterfront, and Robson street. Very walkable location.
