Horrifying experience and bad customer service. We paid USD700 each night for a room including 2 breakfast coupons. So, we brought 2 breakfast coupons to breakfast. We gave the host 2 coupons and we were seated after 15minutes. Then, waiter came and asked for the breakfast coupons. So, we told him that we gave the host coupons. Then, the host came and said that she saw two coupons that we were giving her but she did not take the coupons. Then, the host called the manager and we explained the situation. The manager said it is okay to eat. Then, we came to the table and the waiter did not bring milk and coffee for 10 minutes. He was still thinking we were deceiving them. We were treated as thieves. I have been to over 100 hotels and Pinnacle Habor Front was the first hotel that ruined my breakfast by treating us as thieves. Door to bathroom did not close because it was wooden sliding door that its component does not work. Room that store house keeping products was place right in front of our room. And genitors were waking us up ab 6:30am by talking and laughing loudly in front of the room. Heavy noise went on for 30 minutes from 6:30am to 7am. And 8am to 9am. And whenever we were heading outside of our room, we need to walk sideways to avoid carts that were blocking the hallways. It is not worth the money. Maybe it is discriminating service that hotel provides to certain race. Either way, I would never visit this place in my life.

Very old. Too old. Like a motel

이게 4성급 호텔이라니 믿을수없다. 전자레인지 사용하고 싶다 하니 그런 서비스는 하지 않으니 레스토랑과 직접 연락하라고 전화를 돌려버림. 방음이 전혀 안되고 조용한 방을 달랬더니 엘레베이터바로 앞방을 주고, 첫날은 청소후 문이 열려있었고 생수도 깜빡했으며 프론트 직원은 업셀링얘기만 함. 청소도 요구 해야만 해줌. 위치빼고 가성비 최악인 호텔

The staff are absolutely wonderful. Really - front desk, restaurant, bell desk and cleaning. I would love to compliment the two women who took care of our rooms. Just wonderful, kind, helpful people.

Room was ready when we arrived. Great view and comfortable. P2B restaurant is a cut above!

Great hotel

We stayed on level 4. When we returned to our room at 9:45 PM there was extremely loud music playing. When we complained we were told there was an event going on until 11 PM. They did switch our room easily for us. However, you would not be able to sleep if we didn’t switch the room. It is quite outdated and a little dirty however, it would suffice for a weekend not much spent in the hotel. Good location tho
