Very clean, close to many shops, restaurants and coffee shops, coal harbour beautiful area! Carpets are outdated not attractive, sink wasn't draining properly plus no fan in the bathroom, very steamed up, the customer service lady gave me a 15 voucher for lunch and stated they will be working on these items listed. Over all clean and nice customer service, l will be back but needs some work!

The only negative thing I can say about the Pinnacle Harbourview is that the taxis which are recommended by staff are subpar, to say the least. Our ride to the airport was the worst I've ever experienced, and when I checked reviews for Vancouver Taxi I was not shocked to see only 2.5 stars! This hotel needs to discriminate more closely when recommending taxi companies.
