Excellent location near Canada Place with a good variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit old, but still in good condition. We're happy that it had a pretty big gym and an indoor pool and hot tub. We really wanted to try the restaurant and bar downstairs but didn't have the time. But it had a terrace with a nice view of the mountains. The rooms were a good size for the price. The only things I'll nitpick are that they had paper cups instead of proper glasses and mugs in the room, and the carpets made the interiors feel old. Overall, it was a good stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Check in staff were great. Room was a bit dated but they are in the process of renovating rooms. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Walkable to the cruise terminal and waterfront. The restaurant food was awesome and Linda our server was amazing and friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The location truly couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything Vancouver has to offer, making it incredibly easy to explore the city.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, but a special mention goes to Pavel—he was absolutely awesome and made the experience even more enjoyable.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight. It was outstanding, with a great variety and quality that exceeded expectations.
Overall, this was a top-tier experience, and I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was just fine. Our only issue was finding the parking in the parkade. There was nothing on the street to indicate hotel parking. We went into the parkade not knowing if it was where the hotel parking was. There was no signage in the parkade directing you to the hotel parking. We parked, and were looking for the access to the hotel lobby, and finally saw a "Hotel Parking" sign. So, we go back to the car, and go where directed and there's still no signage. We finally found it. They need better signage on the street and in the parkade.

Just a short walk from the cruise ship terminal. The hotel entrance is only on Hastings street. Our room was a waterfront view and it was outstanding. We arrived early as we disembarked by 9:30, rounds me are not available until 3:00 pm. The concierge was a great help and held our baggage until our room was made ready. The hotel later called us to check in at 12:30. Awesome!
