Great view, comfortable bed

No mugs for teethbrushing anre equipped in the room (you can ask for paper cups instead). No disposable slippers are provided. The Waterfront Station is about 10mins walk from the hotel. Your baggages could be temporarily stored at the hotel for no longer than a day.

Staff was excellent. The restaurant was very good. Waitresses were awesome rooms were clean, but they needed updating throughout. There was a little bit of a bad smell in our room covered it up with another bath smell hot tub was not working.

This was the best experience I mean guest service agents are great at front and at restaurant too. They were on top of everything.

City facing rooms have street noise

Good location, plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so we look forward to going back and staying in an updated room. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Clean room Friendly staff Close to everything in the area.

Perfect location! Clean good sized room with beautiful views. It is not the quietest, you do hear every door that closes. Staff were always friendly and attentive.

Room walls were paper thin and we could toilet flushing and people talking next doors. Disabled shower caused water to leak over bathroom floor

The room was clean. The stuff was friendly. The room in hotel is a little outdated but still clean. I wish the Jess.

There was a restaurant on sight which was convenient after travelling. The check in/check out process was quick. The room as well as the lobby were clean and well maintained. The wifi connected automatically.

I was originally staying at another place, the Moda Hotel in the downtown area. Unfortunately (amongst other issues) the place smelled of old mold with a hint of sewage. I couldn't stand it so I booked with Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront and left around 5am. Pinnacle wasn't far so I decided to walk over. I was thinking of just dropping off my bag and wander around until check-in time. I got to their front desk around 6am. I asked if an early check-in were possible and they immediately said yes. They had a room with a waterfront view readily available. An early check-in with an upgraded room, all at no extra cost, was more than I could've asked for. I was able to rest up, shower and change before enjoying wandering around the waterfront. I came back for lunch and was more than happy to patron their restaurant. Honestly, my only regret was not booking with Pinnacle for my entire weekend trip. Great staff, lots of amenities, and superb location. I highly recommend this hotel. Cheers!
