I had a wonderful experience at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The location is perfect—just steps from the waterfront and downtown attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered amazing views of the harbor. Staff were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

We stayed for two nights before our cruise with friends from Texas, Ohio and Michigan Everything was in walking distance. Loved the very electric atmosphere, and the views were amazing, The only thing I could suggest is you don’t have a lobby that we could sit and visit with our own drinks. We were asked to leave, because I guess the sofa area is also the bar/dining room area. Had nowhere to go but our rooms.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront Vancouver. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

GREAT location if you are catching your cruise ship in Vancouver. Easy Uber ride from airport and 10 minute ride to terminal (if you have only carry on, you can walk). The hotel lobby is dated and tired. Small check in desk that is ALWAYS busy and no dedicated person to answer questions. However, if you snag an associate, you can ask for water bottles. Our room was circa 80's/90's but clean. Our friends were on another floor and apparently there is renovation going on with updated rooms, decor, and bathrooms. Ask and try to get a harbour view. The trolly tour bus is in front of the hotel. Convenience-yes. Pizazz-no.

Excellent service, excellent staff especially Adrian in restaurant food selection top notch, customer service superb personalities EVERYONE EVERYWHERE Ted Richard fabulous for your arriving guests. The ambience at restaurant superb,best margaritas and blueberry pancakes, definitely returning to Pinnicle Harbourfront, our ONLY suggestion maybe add a walkway to main front from entry for those needing to use a wheelchair. Would Never stay at any other place and happy we changed from Pan Pacific to Pinnacle Harbourfront loved coupons.
