I had a wonderful experience at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The location is perfect—just steps from the waterfront and downtown attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered amazing views of the harbor. Staff were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

Great location, walking distance to cruise port. Lovely room with French balcony facing incredible city view. Lovely enclosed outside terrace for a very good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, did not have time to utilize pool and gym. Staff very accommodating!

The location of this hotel is great and the front desk staff, bell crew, and housekeeping are great! The restaurant service needs work. We would order for pick up and in the middle of picking up our order the servers would leave and go seat people behind me in line which wasn’t appreciated. The pool is freezing and the hot tub was not working which was a downer. We did appreciate expected checkout and the ability to leave our bags for the departure day. Did not love that we are charged $8 for a cup of Nespresso coffee…

The view of the harbor was excellent, right where the seaplanes and boats come in and out of the harbor. The location is close to walk to everything you need downtown. The room was clean and large, with comfortable beds but would be nice to have a few chairs on the balcony as there are only 2 in the room, not quite enough for a whole family to sit and enjoy the view. The pool and hot tub area need an update overall seems small for such a large hotel and a little on the chilly side. Overall the staff and our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay again.
