Great location, great view, breakfast was fantastic and staff is the best - friendly, efficient, always available to help. Hotel may look dated outside but it’s very comfortable inside. Beds were great, room’s comfortable, water pressure is great. The only tiny issue is the window vent can be open for outdoor fresh air but the screen isn’t clean (so don’t open it, which 99.9% won’t). Airport is nearby but can’t hear the planes. Would stay in the future.

Great location on the Harbour, close to restaurants and active walking/biking path. Got upgraded to a Penthouse suite, so room was spacious with an incredible view of the city and harbor area.

We had an amazing stay and this hotel is perfect for families. The game room, the pool, the outdoor courts were all great amenities! The staff was friendly and helpful …from valet, to front desk, to housekeeping. I will definitely book this hotel again!

Great location, steps to Harbourfront Square, a short walk from Union Station, lots of amenities around the hotel. Great pool for kids. Super friendly and accomodating, professional staff.

The Westin is a very nice hotel.. I had unique needs as I’m handicapped. The elevators were fast and spacious. Unfortunately, I gave mixed reviews of my accessible room. The entrance could use an opener, but the door didn’t swing closed, so once it was unlocked I was able to push it in. The bathroom was very good, however the hand rails needed some extra work. The bed was very soft, so hard to get out of but very comfortable. The space between my bed and the fridge and coffee maker was too narrow for my wheelchair, so I couldn’t access those two things. The manager was very accommodating and combed me my breakfast for the troubles. Parking is 60. / day. All the staff were wonderful. I found it was a really nice hotel, but pricey for the features I was able to enjoy. I’d stay again if there was a discounted rate offered.

Loved the location. There are lots of walks available from the property. Room was amazing. Lakeview. We didn't have housekeeping clean since we were only there two days. The reception staff were amazing.
