No complaints. Prime location for the sights, Harbour, food Entertainment, valet service was excellent, even when I forgot something in the car they had to go get. Staff nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!

So refreshing when a hotel meets all your expectations and goes above and beyond! Spectacular view of the lake in the newly renovated rooms, fluffy bed and lovely amenities and service!!! Great experience

The pool here is amazing. It’s great for families. Lots of great walking along the waterfront and now lots of shops all located around.

The staff was excellent.
What i didn't like. I booked the room a t $325 for 4 nights. However, when I checked out, only the first night was at that rate. Day 2 was over $500 and over $600 on day 3 and 4. When I questioned the front desk I was told told that those nights began to be sold out. When I asked that as rooms sell out, they increase the room charge!! And they said yes!! My final bill has not hit my card yet

What a wonderful spot to stay. The food options at this hotel are amazing. You really don't need to go anywhere else! From the buffet breakfast, lounge snacks and meals and of course, the piece-de-resistance - Don Alfonso. We did the tasting menu with wine pairing. What an event!!
The location proximity to the water, Roger's centre and other amenities was just perfect.

Elevators did not works on check in day.
Check in was at 3pm.
Received a text the room was ready at 3:30pm.
Did not make it up to our room on the 18th floor until 4:45pm.
Room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced once during our 3 night stay.
Locked out of our room for 2 hours before our check out time. Issued new keys, those didn’t work either. Had to sit on the hallway floor and wait for someone with a master key to let us in. At that point we just packed up and left early and hung out in the lobby.
The guest services manager offered 10,000 bonvoy points as a resolution and sent a generic thank you for your feedback email. I don’t collect bonvoy point so this was of no use.

We had a renovated room. It was nice. Beds were really comfortable. Not a fan of the bathroom glass barn door. Only 2 out of 5 elevators were working so the weekend was a bit of a wait. Reno’s underway. Will be so nice when completed. I recommend to stay here if you want to be close to jays/mapleleafs.

After a initial mistake, it was quickly corrected. The place was clean, elevators working, food was good, clean room and comfy bed. My family and I enjoyed it, and will be back. Thanks Paulo and Dmitri

Most rooms are near the elevator due to the design, which can be quite loud at night. Otherwise hotel was clean and had great options. Staff is friendly and efficient.
