Outstanding hospitality & customer service! Upon arrival we had a quick check in process, beautiful & large suite with balcony & lake view. The next morning we informed the front desk that our TV had to be repaired & a pizza box was left from guests before us.

Great staff, very helpful, good location, recently renovated room.

Staff were amazing as always. My favourite place to stay while visiting Toronto. Rooms are always clean, it’s a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, even while travelling with children.

Attentive staff - we were celebrating my uncle’s birthday and my aunt just finished radiation and once we left the room, they delivered some sweet treats and a bottle of wine to the room. Such a nice surprise!

Everything satisfied

Nice spacious, clean room. The food was excellent and so was the service. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner (at Don Alfonso). We enjoyed all the meals. The breakfast buffet is vast! I went to the pool. It's indoor but with so many windows you feel like you are outside. I really recommend getting a lakeview room - the view is spectacular. The professional valet parking took the worry out of looking after the car. We will be back.

They went out of the way and upgraded said and provided treats for Valentine’s Day. Great stay and good value.

No Parking Available. No toothpaste.

First, we arrived and were told there was no parking, and to go next door - where we were told there was also no parking. So in stilettos, I had to walk half a block in Feb snow to get to the hotel, after paying an extra $60 to park on top of an almost $500 charge for the room. Fine. Upon arrival I was told I had to pay another $300 in cash because I didn’t bring my credit card with me. Nothing was mentioned about having to bring a credit card? The room was paid for … if a card is needed that should be stated, no? We went to go upstairs. No one offers help with bags? No one directs you where to go. We go to the elevators and two are out of service and there is literally a line going from the elevators to the check in. We waited ten mins to even be able to squish into an elevator. Then, after booking the room SOLELY for a lake view, I get told “we have a city/lake view for you.” I explained that I had booked solely a lake view and was told yes you can see the lake. Well, no. We barely could - as we Faced a building and the lake was barely visible to the right. We were told we had complimentary wifi, when I signed in I was asked to pay $19.99. I didn’t pay. I decided to make some coffee - there was only flavored coffee and two creamers with two adults in the room, so we went across to Tim Hortons. We were going to eat in the restaurant but, it was packed to the brim, so we ordered in. I saved for so long for this experience and it was just so disapp

Everything was great! We enjoyed the room, amenities and the family day weekend activities!

The first rm was dirty. There was construction going on in hall way and long wait times for elevator as some were out of use. Second rm was a bit better but still not cleaned enough to feel welcoming. Manager Dimitri Opria was very understanding and said he would notify Expedia to refund charges. An email from Expedia the next day confirmed such would happen. Disappointed with hotel but prompt refund made for ok resolution

this hotel was great!!! proximity to the PATH system and the choices for restaurants without leaving were great, and the VIEWS! wow! signage could be better to access the pool (it’s on the 5th floor) but other than that, it was amazing!
