Wonderful stay

The upgrade and late checkout were appreciated. All staff members were helpful and friendly. The safe in my room wasn’t working but was repaired within 30 minutes of my call.

High end, friendly staff, safe location.

Great location. Spotless room

The hotel was nice enough, the staff at the front desk was lovely to deal with, but the room was just ok. It was very musty smelling, like mildew. Everything looked like it had been wiped down, but not really cleaned.

Very clean, there was a random pill in the middle of the floor when we arrive to our room. Restaurant service was great but the food took 45 min to arrive and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Pool was warm and clean. Overall great spot to stay

I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.

Fire alarm in the middle of the nights went off for an hour. Had terribly loud neighbors and security didn't do anything. In room service was expensive.

The staff was extremely friendly. From the moment we arrived, the valet parking was great, Peter at the front desk was helpful with check in and Kevin was wonderful when he brought us our bags. The room was nice and we had a beautiful view of the water. Check out was just as easy and in less than 5 minutes the valet had our car back to us. Definitely where I’m going to stay at my next trip to Toronto

Room was very dated and worn, nothing like the pictures in the listings and nowhere near a “premium” room. We asked twice for a microwave and were assured we would receive one shortly; it never came. The fire alarm went off at 1:30AM for no reason, and continued for 20 minutes. Parking is $60+HST. Overall, the staff were friendly but the experience was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

Great room with a view of Lake Ontario at a reasonable rate.

The place we stayed and location was good. I think my issue mainly came down to staff for 3 reasons: When we had arrived, I asked what would be a suitable location to park my car without paying valet and I got a very vague response of around the corner and i mean alright ig that’s fair but idk a little more direction would’ve been nice felt like a brush off as soon as the guy realized he wasn’t parking my car. I went to go park the car and i come back and my fiancé tells me that she’s been getting harassed by someone in the lobby saying she looked ugly and her skin looked bad?? My fiancé told me she wasn’t the only guest getting disturbed by this person and when she complained to staff, they did nothing and let the person keep bothering others and causing a scene. Luckily she isn’t sensitive so it didn’t weigh over her going into the next day Finally and the one thing that ticked me off the most was when I asked where the free included breakfast was (important decider for booking) I was directed into the buffet style breakfast that costs $50 per person without my prior knowledge. Could I have read the sign in front of the restaurant indicating the charge? Yes. But when you put faith in a reputable hotel chain’s staff to direct you to enjoy your complimentary perks of booking your stay, you tend to walk into these situations cortisol free. A mistake I won’t be making again.

Great newly renovated room & very good service

Nothing WOW about the hotel. I reserved it because it was New Years, and I booked a lakeview hotel. They didn´t have any. Nothing prepared for the ocasion. Mediocre food. Still pending the courtesy they where giving to me because of the inconvenience. Never coming back.

Great location. Clean rooms. Hotel was very busy the weekend we stayed - late November (dance competition of some sort..?) was hard to get a table for a drink or for breakfast, which was a buffet. Great selection for buffet. We dined at Don Alfonso 1890 , located in the hotel - was the main reason for our stay at Westin. We would definitely stay there again!
