The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto

The room was nice and the location was great. Water front with a decent grocery store just a few blocks away. There is also a 24hr hotdog stand nearby that the kids enjoyed very much (cash only). The idoor pool is decent and the pickleball/tennis court was nice. We also liked the bee hives. They were fun to watch and talk about with the kids. We would stay here again.

Our room was very nice, soft beds with lots of pillows. The bathroom amenities were lovely. The hotel was quiet with efficient elevators, little waiting. The location was great for eating out, shopping and easy access to Blue Jays and Leafs games. The staff were very polite; the attendants for parking and assisting with entering and leaving cars at the entrance were especially helpful. A couple of things were a bit inconvenient. The gizmo used instead of a chain for door security was loose and we had to make sure it did not accidentally sag down and block the door opening , when we were leaving the room. The closet had double doors with no way to keep the doors open , with the result that we spent a lot of time elbowing a door aside while grubbing around in the dark trying to find something in the suitcase. That said we found the Westin to be very satisfactory overall.

Clean, great stay. Easy in/out, everyone was helpful when we had requests. Saw a ton of people with their kids, and will likely stay here with ours.

Perfect for family with kids, walkable to a lot of tourist spots. Had high quality amenities through the property.

Room view was lovely Beds were fabulous Breakfast was really good Staff were great ***** :) Ice machines were not working :( Some kind of conference going on with what appeared to be students - they were very loud, pushed past us (seniors) butting into the elevators and of course pushed all the buttons so we stopped on every floor :(

Upon check in our bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor. Hotel staff was notified and arranged for the bathroom to be cleaned

I went through Expedia to book this hotel and for the price I expected a very nice room. We were on the 26th floor with a great view and the room size was generous. The carpeting, couch and decor were very old and disappointing. The breakfast buffet was very nice but pricey.

Wonderful weekend away to one of our favourite spots in Toronto.

The Westin is a very beautiful and comfortable hotel. The employees were exceptional. Our room was clean and a very nice view. I recommend it to anyone who is staying in Toronto.

This hotel is gorgeous. The staff is kind and helpful. We had a room that was in the newly remodeled section, and it was beautifully decorated. My only complaint is that the fan/air system is extremely loud when it's running. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had choices for every taste. We travel as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children ages 7 and 9), and everyone was happy with breakfast both days. Oliver checked us in upon our arrival, and we were met with his friendly smile and his kind behavior. Kudos to Oliver - he made a lasting impression on us. We felt welcome and at home from the moment we checked in. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. We couldn't have asked for more. My children loved the hotel pool, and had fun evenings relaxing and unwinding there. Overall, we would greatly recommend this location.

Comfy room, nice shower, gym needs an update, quite dated and some of the kit was broken.

Amazing hotel. Concierge even made paper airplanes for the kids on arrival as the cherry on top!

The location was great, walking distance to many things including the arena which was our reason to visit Toronto. Our corner room was large with two big windows looking out on the lake. The bed and linens were very comfy. Only negative was how loud the air-conditioner was, especially since it was right over the bed. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Wish there were a few more resturant options in the hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel, clean, modern, beautiful view of Lake Ontario. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the parking staff.
