Great place.

Great location, newly refurbished, comfy bed, elevators always available, nice pool area. Could do with a self service laundry.

Staff were amazing and the room was beautiful

Accommodated my last minute stay. Quick check-in. Quick in-room service. Food was delicious. Friendly service & quick check-out. Conceirge choose very beautiful room with lake views.

Check in was worst in my long life. Card reader at check in DECLINED ALL FOUR of my cards, including my black MC. ALL of these accounts are in perfect order and are auto payed IN FULL every month. Supervisor was helpful, but I had to make two long distance calls while my travel companions waited..... Eventually tried a different workstation card reader which 'approved' the transaction. This has NEVER happened before in my extensive travel experience (I am 75). Embarrassing and stressful and ruined the early part of our trip. Nice property with courteous staff, but total crap payment IT.

It is an old building, but rooms have been renewed and are more than OK. Staff was friendly, they were able to get me a early check in, even though it was fully booked. The breakfast buffet and restaurant could definetely be improved and renewed.

We stayed in room 614, it was perfect. It had a balcony over looking the Harbour which was stunning views in the morning and evening. Would def recommend.

It was a good location but when I woke up in the morning I did have numerous red marks. I’m sure that the marks were from bed bug bites. I didn’t realize what they were until I showed a family member. The room was very nice and the staff was amazing,

We stayed in the renovated tower. Bathroom smelled wet and musty. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay as a family. We were very pleased and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. One strange thing was cleaning started very late during the day (between 15 and 20)

Breakfast was great and our family enjoyed the gym and pool area immensely.

Great location. Walking distance from Union Station. Easy to get to Scotiabank Centre. Room on 17th floor was very quiet—no road noise or other rooms. Room is a bit dated but clean & spacious. Great water pressure on the shower. Although we didn’t have young children with us, the outdoor amenities looked fun.

Excellent place to stay, staff are amazing, loved the valet parking and excellent location, close to everything!

Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable The only thing I didn’t like was the strong perfume smell in the room.

We enjoyed our stay, but felt that $60 for valet parking was a bit excessive on top off the rate per night. We would have parked our own vehicle, but that wasn’t an option.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend and also return again.
