Paying to park at a place u are already paying a ton to stay at is incredible to me. No shuttle service available was disappointing also. Lastly we had a jacuzzi room which had bugs crawling in it when we checked in.I called front desk and they moved us. Have video and picsif needed.

Great location. It is located between the fall and cliffton hill. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Staffs are friendly. The only draw back is that you will be charged extra $25 per day for parking after booking the hotel.

Staffs are nice and courtesy. The room is clean and the size is decent. My kid says the wi-fi speed is a bit slow (maybe because there is 1300 user)

No need to charge $25 per day for parking. Other parking lots much cheaper. I recommend shopping around for hotel room in same basic area that has cheaper parking. Also we were not told about 25$ to park until after we booked and paid for our room.

Decent stay. Some trash outside the elevators for a few nights not picked up. Fire alarm went off randomly in the middle of the night. Elevator makes some spooky noises. Worst thing about Niagara is how much they screw you about parking fees

This hotel is outdated and needs renovations. The furniture was beat up: bedside tables were watermarked and scuffed, the chair had broken seams, the window was dirty and the bathroom shower threshold was a worn out plastic that was stained and looked dirty. We had a fire alarm at 2:30am (no fire) and evacuated, but after getting the all clear and back in our room, the strobe light in our room didn’t turn off until 4:15am (after I called down to the front desk to complain). The good about this hotel was the close proximity to the OLG stage we were going too. I would choose not to stay here again, but it was ‘cheap’ for Niagara Falls in the specific area and the bed seemed clean.

The fire alarm at 2:30 am. Cant fault the hotel however we walked down from the 9th floor and there was no direcion where to go or what to do.
The worst was returning to pur room and havind a very bright stobe like light continue for 2 plus hpurs. Little to no sleep that night
