Horrible horrible horrible. They charged me twice for the deposit. And they charge $40 parking. I was supposed to only play $40 but was debited $280. I tried showing them but they refused to refund me back the duplicate charge

Hot water and shower conditions are extremely bad. Also, parking was charged extra and were told mandatory to purchase for overnight and were asked to parked the car for one hour extra in morning, they said need to pay 25$ extra. Staff is not supportive in main building of Wyndham.

Everything was fine after we checked in and went out after leaving our luggage. We came back late at night and then were chit chatting in room when we saw some bugs on bed sheet. We further pulled the sheet out and found another couple of bugs. It was around 2am in morning and there was an old lady sitting st front desk. Considering she doesn’t have any fault for that I didn’t bother her because I didn’t want to create any trouble that late at night. But we spent the night there in fear and no peace of mind. We didn’t even use comforters. In morning when I brought it to the attention of supervisor and executive at front desk, all they had to say is that ‘oh sorry these aren’t standards,it’s usuallly better’. When I asked them to provide me any contact for corporate level so that I can escalate this to next level, they refused to provide me any information. I mean this horrible after they charged some hidden charges during the time of check in ( about which I didn’t bother). This is so unacceptable. I can even share pictures of bugs taken in my phone with time.

We stayed for Christmas Eve till Christmas Day and we loved it!! From the room to the service everything was excellent! Hubby kids and i were impressed with the spacious suite- like room we had. My kids were thrilled to have their own tv to watch! It was so quiet at night and in the morning and we slept so beautifully! The falls is only less than 15 minute walk and downtown a little less! The price was excellent and if we can get a similar rate next time for sure we would come back again! Thank you hotel management and staff! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

The room was okay except the heater didn't seem to be working very well, the beds were hard, the hot tub was not hot at all and the pool was freezing. When I stayed here in September, none of this was an issue. A little disappointed because I paid more this time around. The only plus this time was the staff were nice and very quick to respond to my requests and the proximity to OLG Stage is nice. Wish it was a better stay this time.
