Was very close to airport but did not hear planes all night. The buffet was not good at all. Catered to the Indian population probably because it was run by Indian, but the food was not good. The pool was extremely crowded and did not seem to be very organized or well maintained.

Room was lovely and clean, the restaurant and pool not so much. However needed more staff were needed to keep on top of tables and pool cleaning. All the staff that were there were pleasent and helpful, a fair few even smiled 😁 We did really enjoyed the pool and the facilities, but it could have done with a little more cleaning, especially around the pool edge from plasters and such, maybe it's because we went later in the day and it may have been cleaner first thing. But lovely addition to have in a hotel 😊. The restaurant was slow service even though it was just our family of 4 and another family of 4 in the restaurant..... with an additional 12.5% added on for a Service charge, it was expensive. We didnt eat again the second night. The room was lovely, well presented and clean. The air-conditioning was a very valued asset with the heat wave going on at 35 degrees, and the kids were impressed with the tv size. Breakfast had a vast variety of of food to choose from and my son loved the pancake machine 😍.

Nothing really lacking at this property but nothing spectacular either. Stayed for one night before flight back home. Super easy access to Heathrow. Not a lot of food choices in the area (like None) so we ate in the hotel restaurant and had what amounted to a frozen pizza and went to bed early to travel the next day. Also, not all the channels worked on the TV. Called the desk but no one picked up.

I'd like to thank Dani and Ghaus on reception on Saturday 23 May for sorting check in and out parking so efficiently and making us welcome. The room was nice and the A/C worked great on a very hot night. Breakfast was just right and all organised well. Thank you.
