This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London.

Very convenient location right across Hatton Cross subway. I especially like their gym, swimming pool and spa, and sauna/steam room as well. Very good size, clean and neat. Bed is very comfy, breakfast has plenty varieties of food, all western though.

i had been downgraded my family room to twins room. Hotel manager said that all same grade room is all occupied. contact Hotels online customers service. they can’t even provide any support to me. And can’t give back the price difference between family room to twins room.

The hotel is good for lay over and have an onward flight the next day. It is very easy to and from airport and the underground is free of charge for 1 stop from Heathrow. Highly recommend!

I didn't have a good experience with the room I did request for a double bed but that didn't happen

Great hotel Great staff. Was hesitant at first after reading some reviews but overall my stay was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and come back again if in the area.

Well located next to underground Clean, functional, good leisure facilities Would benefit from a water cooler in reception

The hotel was decent and it was only a one night stay. I did find hairs from previous occupants of the room, which wasn’t a great experience.

I had booked a stay for 4 nights. Check in was at 3pm on 4th. I arrived at 12:30am on 5th. There was no room despite pre-booking. There was a lobby full of other people in the same situation. There had been a party and the place was crawling with at least 8 armed police officers. Staff at the time were not helpful. The reception staff member appeared to be on his own and was unable to leave to get us a glass of water to take medication. When we complained at the lack of room and pointed out that it had been paid for already, we were told that we would have to take it up with Expedia. At 3am we were offered a double room. (I declined as I had asked for a twin). We finally got a triple room at 3:30am. Talked to female booking manager next day. She was very curt in her response. I needed a second room and managed to book that but told her I'd pay after speaking to Expedia about the refund for the undelivered room the night before. During my time talking to her, she was incredibly rude to other customers. She did agree to provide us with complementary breakfast for stay as requested in unanswered email from May. Later that day, as a queued for the second key, I overheard reception staff being sarcastic and rude to customers as a matter of course when they raised concerns. This went unchecked by the manager in charge. I was offered a reduced rate for the second room rather than a refund which I accepted. Rooms were comfy and clean but breakfast was rank rotten. I won't be back!

The let down was the parking-but if a free for all and staff could see people were confused and didn’t help.

Excellent stay for Heathrow with the exception of the Goan Night event, being held the night we stayed which didn't finish until 12:30am, you could hear the bass on the 4th floor. Free Parking & EV charging via Pod Point

Breakfast was largely inedible. Quality of buffet style was sacrificed to quantity. Location is excellent. Beds firm and good sleeping. Only the kitchen disappointed. Everything else was good or better.

Very convenient and well run airport hotel, close to a great British Indian pub, prime plane spotting locations. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and I must complement the soundproofing. Despite the hundreds of planes flying right over our heads, I didn't hear a single one. Definitely worth the two metro stops to stay here for far less than the hotels on airport grounds.

We booked a room for overnight stay as our flight was at 8am and needed to get to Heathrow super early. When we checked in, there was a huge party and the music was so loud. We asked for a room away from the party and we were told nothing is available. I found it hard to believe as the hotel has SO many rooms/ floor!!! The music was so loud that the curtains would move from boom boom sound impact. I managed to sleep for only few hours before getting up at 4:30 to go to the airport. It wasn’t a great stay for sure. The room was clean but everything was outdated a bit. The location is great as there is an underground station across the street that connects to T3 in no time.

Parking is terrible, inside the hotel they charged me £18 per night

Great location for plane spotters as the planes land, nice and close to both the tube and the airport, superb health/Spa facilities, comfortable beds and reasonably priced food.

Noisy party but staff placed me away on far side of hotel. Functional. Strong smell of urine in the room
