This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London.

Very convenient location right across Hatton Cross subway. I especially like their gym, swimming pool and spa, and sauna/steam room as well. Very good size, clean and neat. Bed is very comfy, breakfast has plenty varieties of food, all western though.

i had been downgraded my family room to twins room. Hotel manager said that all same grade room is all occupied. contact Hotels online customers service. they can’t even provide any support to me. And can’t give back the price difference between family room to twins room.

The hotel is good for lay over and have an onward flight the next day. It is very easy to and from airport and the underground is free of charge for 1 stop from Heathrow. Highly recommend!

I'd like to thank Dani and Ghaus on reception on Saturday 23 May for sorting check in and out parking so efficiently and making us welcome. The room was nice and the A/C worked great on a very hot night. Breakfast was just right and all organised well. Thank you.

Nice & convenient for the tube stop just before T2. No view though just a concrete wall!

Really good location , clean inside ....only minor point cigarette buts outside entrance and no bin to put them in...

Poor on amenities.Very small sink in bathroom. Shower water not hot.

L'hôtel na pas l'air climatisé mais beaucoup de chauffage. Les déjeuner sont toujours pareil a chaque jour. Le secteur est excellent.

Clean room in nicely presented hotel. Staff showed no great enthusiasm towards serving guests with long queues to check in or ask for support. Breakfast however Wes extremely good and air conditioning very welcome…

The room was clean and the air conditioning was good. I do have backpack so seeing that the double bed was just twin bed sticker together was painful for my back.

Overall, our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room daily, and the front desk staff were always friendly, respectful, and helpful. The air conditioning worked very well, and the overall comfort of the room met our expectations. The only negative experience we encountered was with the host at the restaurant. Unfortunately, he came across as rude and disrespectful, which made us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to order food there. We did report the incident to the front desk the following morning. Aside from that experience, the rest of the employees we interacted with were respectful and professional.

The hotel location was very convenient, especially for getting to and from the airport. It was also a plus that the room had air conditioning. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness, as there were stains on the bedsheets and the room did not feel particularly clean overall. To be honest, the only thing that would make me consider staying here again would be the price.

Clean room, staff, hot tub and pool

Complete breakfast buffet, great gym and swimming pool with Sauna (both types) and hot tub. Gym and pool times are quite unreasonable (7am to 8 pm). Staff is very attentive and helpful. Parking is 18 pounds per day (no fractions available)

Room was big, paid for a runway view and was on 2nd floor, only had a view of the road and an underground station. Could not see runway. Pool hours are restricted for kids. Not ideal for late afternoon check in. Pool area is very dark. Hot tub was warm not hot. Soundproofed room was very good especially being next to a busy road.

Couldn’t fault a single thing. Amazing 2 night stay. We will definitely return here.
