So not to have air conditioning at the moment !! Staff were really helpful as well ! Pool was a full size pool and seemed well maintained

Need a maintenance hotel. It smells like an old building.

The staff were excellent - friendly and willing to help with anything. The spa facilities were probably the best at any hotel we have stayed in - lovely pool and very warm steam room, dry sauna and jacuzzi. Close to Heathrow and great value for money. The only slight negative was the breakfast (food not hot) but only because everything else was excellent.

My family and I had a marvelous stay at Atrium Hotel Heathrow. The double-bedded room was clean, comfortable, and provided excellent sleep quality. The air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room at a perfect temperature throughout our stay. The dining experience was also impressive. Caffé Mauro offered a reasonably priced early dinner, and the pint of beer was the best beer experience I have ever had. Breakfast at the Orange Tree Restaurant was another highlight, with a fruitful and delicious buffet selection that gave us a great start to the day. The leisure facilities were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, which were clean, relaxing, and well maintained. There are only a couple of small areas for improvement: my son felt the pool lighting was a little too dim and would prefer a brighter environment. My wife also found that the shower drainage in the female changing room was slightly slow, making it a little inconvenient. Overall, these minor points did not affect our wonderful experience. Atrium Hotel Heathrow provided excellent comfort, great food, and outstanding facilities. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Excellent location! 2 stops from T5 and just across the street. The hotel is not fancy but has everything you need. I had the burger, it was sub-par. Gym closes at 8pm! Safe enough if you want to walk a loop and there is a pub a 2 min walk down the street. I would stay here again due to the convenience of the location alone.

Long foreign hair in my "clean towel". Room smelt really bad... I think it's the bedding. It hits you as soon as you walk through the door. Hotel is cheap so fine for a few hours but I will be opting for one of the chains

There was booming thumping music happening and children/people screaming running up and down the corridors so I could not sleep, when I spoke to reception they kept on saying I need to speak to the manager then they disappeared not to come back. When I did speak to some one that seem to be in charge they said it was the last song, which It was not! I had explained I had a 16hr work day ahead of me the following day so I really need to get some sleep.... children/people screaming and running in the corridors continued. In the morning the breakfast area was fairly quiet although all the tables had old dishes and were dirty, I had to ask one of the 3 staff standing around if one could be cleared.... The breakfast was a fair spread but the hot food was not hot but cold, whatever was stated as orange juice came out as orange cordial and the apple juice was so watered down you could barley describe it as apple juice! I do not like writing reviews like this, but I feel this was unacceptable.

Very disappointed with our stay. Pool access limited for children. Had booked the hotel as a treat for my 13 year old daughter and myself to have some chill time after a few tough weeks. Checked in at 6 to find out she wasn't allowed in the pool. On the booking sight doesn't state any timings only that under 16s to be with an adult. Rang down to reception and they did allow us 15 mins which I do appreciate but not really great when you have a daughter who loves swimming. There was a wedding reception on at the time so car park was rammed, we popped out to get food and I was worried about being able to park again as I had already paid for parking and on leaving there were aload more cars arriving. When we did get back a member of staff showed me back to the underground car park which had been shut off as full, and told me to find a space, I already knew there wouldnt be one so just had to abandon car on side of car park not in a bay, and pray I dont get a ticket. I did mention this to reception. Unfortunately our room was situated directly above the function room and even being on the 4th floor our room was vibrating from the music and just impossible to sleep, I rang and asked how long it would go on for. Member of staff said midnight, muttered something else, kinda chuckled and said don't worry about it. If I wanted a noisey room. I would have stayed Central london. Completely ruined our experience.again we couldn't swim in morning before 10am, was leaving 10.30

Clean, comfortable room. Unable to use pool due to the limited time we were there. Also didn't use the restaurant or cafe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Rooms were quiet despite being on the flightpath. Loads of lifts! Air con in room was good, able to easily change the temperature. The fridge in our room wasn't cold/cool. Luckily we didn't need to use it. Extra milk pots would have been good for the tea/coffee facilities in room.
