This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London.

Very convenient location right across Hatton Cross subway. I especially like their gym, swimming pool and spa, and sauna/steam room as well. Very good size, clean and neat. Bed is very comfy, breakfast has plenty varieties of food, all western though.

i had been downgraded my family room to twins room. Hotel manager said that all same grade room is all occupied. contact Hotels online customers service. they can’t even provide any support to me. And can’t give back the price difference between family room to twins room.

The hotel is good for lay over and have an onward flight the next day. It is very easy to and from airport and the underground is free of charge for 1 stop from Heathrow. Highly recommend!

Good overnight hotel - breakfast OK

I stayed 3 nights and the first 2 were ok. Third night I noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working. Long story short, I phoned Reception 3 times, was told a maintenance person was “on his way” but he never turned up. Said they only have one maintenance person for the whole hotel and he was busy!! And they didn’t offer another staff person to possibly come and help me. I got fedup waiting for maintenance, had to go to bed as I was catching a flight the next morning. Slept very fitfully. Location very convenient for Heathrow. I had actually stayed there before but there wasn’t a heatwave at that time! Bed comfy. Breakfast buffet very good.

Equipe nada acolhedora, pedi informações para me deslocar de madrugada do hotel até o aeroporto e ao invés de me explicarem as opções simplesmente disseram, chame um táxi. Quando solicitei que a recepção chama-se um táxi para mim, foi me cobrado o exorbitante valor se 41 libras por uma corrida de 5 min. Não recomendo ficar aqui para quem precisa estar no aeroporto antes das 05 da manhã.

I only stayed 1 night in the hotel with my 9 years old daughter. Overall it is a good hotel for 1 night, but we had some challenges: Hotel car park (£18/night) is very small, it was full when we arrived, had to look for an alternative option near by. Better have a plan B before you arrive. Swimming pool has restricted schedule for children. The pool is open until 8.00pm. We arrived at 6.00pm to the pool and been told that the children session is over. I booked a hotel especially for the pool. We went next day early after breakfast and before check out, but the pool was too busy. We wanted to have a meal in the hotel restaurant, we got a table after 20 min. queuing up, but we decided to leave as we saw other guest are complaining that they are waiting 45 mins for their food. We went to the nearby Indian restaurant what was lovely.

Rooms are good, clean. Breakfast is excellent. Parking on a Saturday is a nightmare! Very small, tight garage. Got parked in front and back outside the hotel and couldn’t depart the next morning. Absolute s**t show. Apart from the parking nightmare, rest of hotel is good. Would stay again without the parking!

The room was spacious and clean. In addition, the room was quiet even though it is next to Heathrow Airport. The restaurant staff, especially the maitre d was friendly. During breakfast it would be helpful if areas around the toasters, pancake makers and coffee makers were cleaned periodically. With so many people using them over several hours they get rather sticky and covered with crumbs.

Excellent pool and good depth for kids. Rooms were pleasant enough. TV in room was a great size. Food was poor, although not too expensive. Breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had at a hotel. Bar and restaurant weren't somewhere we wanted to stay long

Hot tub is fantastic and the soundproof is very good. Great hotel to stay at.

Great access to the airport!

The staff are friendly. The runway view room is really good. My son enjoy it so much. The room was hot at first but the air-condition is cool enough over night. The over all experience is very good.

Great hotel to suit my needs

1) No Fridge in the room as advertised 2 Missing channels on the TV including free channels like CNN 3)Safe Not fixed to the wall 4)WiFi not working 5) Room Serviced at 6pm 6) Kids running down the corridor 7) Not answering the phone 8) Faulty USB ports This hotel fixes nothing

Was very close to airport but did not hear planes all night. The buffet was not good at all. Catered to the Indian population probably because it was run by Indian, but the food was not good. The pool was extremely crowded and did not seem to be very organized or well maintained.

Room was lovely and clean, the restaurant and pool not so much. However needed more staff were needed to keep on top of tables and pool cleaning. All the staff that were there were pleasent and helpful, a fair few even smiled 😁 We did really enjoyed the pool and the facilities, but it could have done with a little more cleaning, especially around the pool edge from plasters and such, maybe it's because we went later in the day and it may have been cleaner first thing. But lovely addition to have in a hotel 😊. The restaurant was slow service even though it was just our family of 4 and another family of 4 in the restaurant..... with an additional 12.5% added on for a Service charge, it was expensive. We didnt eat again the second night. The room was lovely, well presented and clean. The air-conditioning was a very valued asset with the heat wave going on at 35 degrees, and the kids were impressed with the tv size. Breakfast had a vast variety of of food to choose from and my son loved the pancake machine 😍.

Love this hotel, we stay one night a week and have done for the past 6 weeks or so, totally recommend
