This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London.

Very convenient location right across Hatton Cross subway. I especially like their gym, swimming pool and spa, and sauna/steam room as well. Very good size, clean and neat. Bed is very comfy, breakfast has plenty varieties of food, all western though.

i had been downgraded my family room to twins room. Hotel manager said that all same grade room is all occupied. contact Hotels online customers service. they can’t even provide any support to me. And can’t give back the price difference between family room to twins room.

The hotel is good for lay over and have an onward flight the next day. It is very easy to and from airport and the underground is free of charge for 1 stop from Heathrow. Highly recommend!

Very good spacious rooms

Stayed for one night due to having an early morning flight the next day. Service from the staff was friendly, welcoming. Although this was a 3-star place, for the price paid, the value was more like 4-star. I enjoyed it, convenient and adjacent to Metro.

Over all good service & excellent experience. Only issues is no communel ash trays provide out side the hotel. Still a lot of smokers around and whenever I went outside people were smoking all over due to it is big 4 star hotel but no communal ashtrays. Hotel should reconsider policey.

Got an upgraded room which was nice, however it wasn’t laid out as a twin, so had to separate beds and divvy up the bedding. No spoons or stirrers in the room, card holder cover fell off when putting card in. Shower good (though water went everywhere as lip to shower was quite shallow) and bathroom and room decent overall. Staff not that helpful or welcoming when checking in/out. No bar open when England game was on. Parking spaces were tight and an odd shape in basement. Breakfast good and a reasonable choice however the juice machine just dispensed pure water for the apple juice and extremely watered down orange juice. I also had to help one of the lady’s lift the cup tray onto the side as it was too heavy for her!? Not a bad hotel overall for the price on London but they need to do some of the very basics better.

The place was very pretty, the room was clean and the TV had things like YouTube and live TV. Pool area was nice and they had a good variety of food too. Normally, when going to hotels, I have had extra pillows, however this room didn’t have it but I’m sure if I let them know they would have given extra. The room was pretty clean but we did find some sort of insect in the room. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Location is great if you have a long layover in London. Right off the Piccadilly line.

Good service and staff realy friendly

Lovely room. Plenty of tea bags - good sized mugs. Good location for airport.

Easy parking

Borderline diabolical. The star I’ve given is because of the decent location and the size of our room, even if it was grubby. I’d messaged the hotel the day before we were due to check in, asking if it would be possible to check in slightly earlier. I hadn’t had a response the next day so tried ringing, but it just rang out every time I called. We arrived 15 mins before check in time after purposely dawdling in London all day and went to our “runway view” room, which was laughable they are allowed to call it this, as the runway was only visible if you pressed your face against one of the windows in the far corner at an angle. Even then, you had to squint as the runway was just about slightly visible in the far distance, across 2 busy dual carriageways, car parks and fields; not quite what I imagined when I paid extra for this as part of a birthday present. The room was large, but was covered in dust. There were random stains on the walls, carpet and furniture - everything felt unclean. The air con was about as effective as someone blowing on us and the shower pretty much flooded half the bathroom, even with the bath mat down. The reception area was full at all times with people just congregating and we came back both nights we stayed to music being played on phones and takeaways being eaten by large groups of people. The location was decent enough for what we needed, but there’s not a chance I’d stay again or recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Pool and gym areas great addition. Parking £18 for 24 hours but if you forget to pay straight away you can’t backdate the time of entry so currently hoping I don’t get a fine for the period I hadn’t paid for. Had to pay for a further 24 hours at 8am even though check out was at 11am, the only option is to pay for 24 hours. Decent breakfast although dining room floor not kept clean, no hash browns or vegetable sausages available when I was choosing my food, and fruit juice machine did not deliver juice, more like coloured water. Cafe offered meal deal for £12 but a service charge of £1.50 pp was added on top of this. Room spacious bathroom and facilities clean and free to use safe in bedroom.

Great room. Restaurant had a good deal on food/drink Breakfast was just ok

The food at the restaurant was not eattiable, ordered what was promoted as a juicy burger and got a very dry cold burger on an old bun. The roomay be nice but the good is terrible.

I didn't have a good experience with the room I did request for a double bed but that didn't happen

깔끔한 시설과 공항 옆이라 항공기 소음을 걱정했지만 방음 잘 되어 있었고, 수영장과 사우나 모두 만족, 아침 식사도 좋았어요

Great hotel Great staff. Was hesitant at first after reading some reviews but overall my stay was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and come back again if in the area.
