Amazing hotel the rooms were clean I stayed for 2 nights and the room was cleaned for the 2nd night. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The hot tub and pool were well maintained and I made good use of them. Will definitely be back!

Stay here night before early morning flights. Very clean hotel, ideally situated. Friendly and helpful staff, very good restaurant with good range of food choices but the curries are the best. Nice room, quiet, comfy bed, air conditioning which is very welcome. Recommend staying here before/after a flight.

I really wish I had not booked to stay there - it was awful. Having arrived at reception at 21:15 I asked what time the restaurant closed and was told by the young receptionist it would be at 22:00. I rished into the restaurant only to be shooed out by a waitress there who told me it was too late for dinner. There was an elderly American couple who halso wanted to eat and they, too, were turned away. There was nowhere nearby where one could get food. I managed to source a lonely BLT-sandwich at a nearby filling station ... My room had not been prepared - I had specifically asked for a double bed so someone rushed up to push two single beds together. when I looked closely I found a bundle of used bedlinen thrown into the corner of the room. I ended up sleeping on top of the duvet because I did not wish to roll into the gap in the middle between the two beds so did not have a good night's sleep. The pool closes at 20:00 so too late for me to use; the cafe was taped off with construction-site tape and the staff all round seemed poorly trained. Metal room doors painted a dark brown like a YH or prison. Rooms are carpeted so extremely unhygienic. The hotel clearly does not thrive on repeat business. They seem to cater mainly for tour groups. At the time of my stay these seemed to arrive in their majority from Asia (India and China). The saving grace is location as the Hatton Cross tube station is right opposite so it was easy getting to the terminals.

My stay at the Atrium Hotel was extremely disappointing. Due to severe weather, my room became completely flooded. Despite the seriousness of the situation, it took over two hours for staff to provide me with an alternative room. The customer service from the night management team was poor and lacked empathy throughout the incident. As a result of the delay and disruption, I missed a day’s work because my replacement room was not ready in time. When I initially raised my concerns, management appeared reluctant to assist. It was only after speaking with the day manager that my complaint was taken seriously, and I was assured that my stay would be refunded. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for that refund to be processed. I have video evidence of the flooding and the condition of the room. While I appreciate the efforts of the day manager, the overall handling of this situation fell well below what I would expect from a hotel.

On a positive note, our room was quiet - despite our proximity to a runway. The bed was barely adequate. Very small. We were irritated by guest room dishes in the hall. Especially as housekeeping was working in nearby rooms. They never cleaned them up. They were there the next morning. Bad form IMO. The lounge was closed without explanation. So no World Cup game. It seemed like the hotel was on life support.

Everything was immaculate, from the first Welcome (Very Friendly Staff), Food & Drink, Rooms, Costs of Everything & The Amenities..... it was Amazing! It was Amazing how quiet the rooms were and we loved watching the Planes come in from our room! We cannot wait to come back again! Thank you to All the Staff for making our stay the Best hotel we've ever been in and making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in through the front doors! And with having disabilities everything was made very easy to access!!! 12/10

Pictures on Expedia for the property were somewhat misleading. It’s a very unique hotel In an equally unique spot - the middle of a busy intersection near London Heathrow T4. It seems the property, although completely booked, is not using the dining areas to their full extent & we found the menu wasn’t very extensive. The lobby & coffee area were completely crowded out. The best thing was discovering I could watch planes landing or taking off coming right by our window. The sound proofing of the building is amazing. Also, a very good pub Within walking distance.
