Atrium Hotel Heathrow

I did not have a great time with the staff. However the place was easy to find. Not very well located for food at night but still easy to get to the airport which is the main point. If the staff were more accommodating this would have been pleasant.

Really spacious room for a family of 4. We had 1 double bed and 2 singles, did not feel cramped at all. Was great to be able to use the swimming pool after a long day of playing football. The lifts are very quick, which is always great in a large hotel when you need to get places fast!

Stayed a few nights before a very early flight. Easy to get to the hotel from Hatton Cross tube station, and that is free to get to from other Terminals. It's a big hotel so busy at times. Hallways are showing their age, but the rooms have been reasonably recently renovated so nice. Could hear people in the hallway which wasn't ideal. Staff were friendly if a little tired (was a busy time). Breakfast was okay but very busy.

Room very clean, staff absolutely fantastic. Breakfast is was good. Location very good as tube station is very close .

I am really impressed with this hotel. It’s a great price and provides a really good product. The rooms are clean, well furnished and practical. A good bed, shower, large tv, fridge, coffee facilities and soundproofing. The staff are wonderful too and amazingly polite

Good location for Hatton Cross, room was clean. Not a very friendly hotel but did the job for a cheap 1x night stay. Breakfast exceptionally poor quality.

The staff was super friendly and helpful advising us how to get around. The only thing we would say is no ac. We tend to stay on the hotter side being from Florida so we are used to ac or a fan but we wernt able to accommodate that.

Great location to the airport, big room , clean and a pool, spa you can’t go wrong. Could do with a standalone bar rather than the restaurant but the staff were accommodating to allow me to watch the football.

Excellent hotel and very nice staff. Check in was very smooth and the girl on reception was friendly and professional. This is a big hotel and very clean in all areas of the hotel. The rooms are quite large and have a big Samsung Smart TV which even has TNT Sports channel so you can watch live Premier League Football. It also has YouTube. Next to one side of the bed you have USB ports but I think they should be on both sides of the bed and USB-C needs to be added. The room lighting is good. The rooms have a small safe but they do need to be fixed to the wall as anyone can just take the safe. There is a fridge and a coffee making machine. The bathroom was large and has a walk in shower with a rainfall and hand held shower option. Air conditioning was excellent when I worked out how to use it. I called the reception and a nice girl guided how to set up it up using the remote control. The biggest problem is the tube works at the weekend which makes it very difficult to get to the hotel by public transport and you have to get two buses. The 11am check out is also too early in my opinion and they charge you £15 if you leave past 11am. The hotel was very quiet and I did see any other guests even in the reception area. The security is excellent though. My room 5205 was a long way from the elevator, about 300m. The free WiFi was excellent and was fast and stable and both Vodafone and O2 networks data worked in the room which is not the case with many Heathrow hotels were you get no

The room I was put on was not the one shown in the pictures… I had 4 single beds and my reservation was for a double bed and two singles. I had to ask the staff 4 times to get the beds fixed which I was not impressed. Breakfast was very basic, no staff to top things up, the coffee and juice machines were not good… juice was horrible tbh and the two pancake machines which were meant to be the best part of it were not working

Clean room, very nice hot breakfast buffet but the pool stole the show. What an amazing pool. Steam room and sauna were also so nice. We checked in late and were very happy that the beds were comfortable. My granddaughter lost her purse which was special to her and the gentleman at the second reception close to the lost and found was extremely helpful and almost as excited as my granddaughter when we located it. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the airport and the tube.
