アトリウム ホテル ヒースロー

空港のターミナル駅から無料で移動できる地下鉄の駅前に立地。近くにスタンド併設のコンビニがあるが夜間は窓口での対応になるので事実上利用不可。徒歩20分ぐらいで大きなスーパーがある。 部屋はそれなりに広々してるし、小さな冷蔵庫もある。朝食は毎日同じメニュー。スクランブルエッグはかなり不味い。 アジア大陸の団体さえいなければ快適。運が悪いと団体客で朝食会場が一杯で朝から不快。

When we went up to a room they gave, the room was dirty with dirty beds, dirty cups on the table, etc. Then, we came down to the reception, a lady asked me, "When did you check in?" She was basically blaming me for possibly making the room dirty myself by staying there for some time. She should have apologized--she did not apologize even once after that--or at least tried to be neutral until she understood the issue. The other staff clarified that he just checked us in a few minutes before. In addition, other customers, perhaps a group of thirty toursits from India?, were quite noisy on the corridor, in front of our room. I do not dare to list two other minor problems here. A series of troubles at this hotel.

清潔で空港からのアクセスも良い。部屋が広く快適である。朝食も美味しかった。気になった点は、朝食込みで予約したがチェックイン時に追加料金を払わされそうになったことと、団体客が多く滞在しており、深夜でも騒がしい時間があった点である。

I stayed the night before for an early morning flight and was very happy with the hotel, it is close to the station, the staff are friendly and the facilities are good. However, if you use the underground station (Hatton Cross) with large suitcases, there is no lift and you have to climb up and down the stairs with your luggage.

Almost good,but kettle pot didn’t work.

空港と地下鉄駅に近く、早朝便を利用する場合の前泊には便利。ただし、Hatton Cross駅は階段しかないことに注意。

部屋はきれいで問題無いのですが、ネットが繋がらなかったら、繋がっても非常に遅く、部屋で仕事をしようとする人は、絶対避けた方が良いと思います。また、シャワーの水圧も弱かったです。 一番の問題はレストランの対応で、テーブルを案内してくれた女性に注文して、あやふやな対応をしていたので、後でもう一度注文を確認したのに、結局オーダーが入ってなく、30分以上待たされた挙句、別のスタッフに注文する羽目になりました。 周りに何も無いので、ほんとに寝るだけのホテルです。 それと、たまたまかもしれませんが、フライトがキャンセルになった乗客が大勢ロビーに溢れていて、騒然としていました。 翌日も別のグループのような人達が沢山いて、優雅に滞在できるような感じではありませんでした。

One station away from the Heathrow airport. You can take a walk to the station by 5 minutes. There is no shop around the hotel. We had subway dinner at the near gas station. The hotel is well facilitated. Unfortunately cafe was closed and vendonmachine was out of order.

Comfortable room in close proximity, 10/10 will book again.

Nice hotel, limited parking. Staff were very helpful. Good selection at breakfast. A bit out of the city but bus stops literally across the road, so easy to get into the city

The hotel were really accommodating, I flew in on an international flight at 7am and the staff were happy to store luggage to explore and assisted with an earlier check in. Easy access to the bus / train into the city.

This is a new hotel and I thought I’d try it as I’ve stayed in the nearby Hilton. Everything about this hotel was a bit off. The hotel entrance closest to the underground station had a closed reception so it was necessary to walk the entire length of the hotel to get to reception. On the room floors the signage was just plain wrong, for example pointing to lifts that didn’t exist or numbering of rooms that wasn’t correct. There were light fittings not working or loose and there was a weird smell in the corridors. There were also quite a few room doors on my floor which were permanently a little ajar which made the hotel feel slightly creepy. The room itself was ok, comfortable enough. Breakfast was … interesting. I came to breakfast just after nine and was told that I could only sit in one part of the dining hall because they were setting up for dinner. The coffee machines were not working and the food selection was poor, both in choice and quality. The manager also chastised his staff in front of me a couple of times which I thought was a bit unprofessional. While I didn’t feel unsafe I definitely felt uncomfortable in this hotel. I won’t be back.

Very old but it was clean and very secure!

The hotel is in great location for exploring Brussels and further afield - with a train station a minute away and the metro also in walking distance. The staff were very helpful and our room super comfortable.

I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding support we received from Senior excecutive Ms. Carmona. What was a very stressful and frustrating situation with our hotel booking was quickly turned around thanks to her empathy, professionalism, and generosity of spirit. From the very first interaction she listened attentively, understood our concerns and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Her calm and reassuring approach not only solved the problem with efficiency and speed, but also made us feel genuinely cared for as guests. It is rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and humanity. We are truly grateful for her help and would highly recommend Ms.Carmona as a leader who embodies service excellence and compassion.

Hotel itself was good and good facilities but it was limited and in the middle of nowhere. Service was great though and the hotel potentially cater for lack of things around it by adding it to the Hotel features itself
