This is a good property in a convenient location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My only slightly negative comment is that the hallways really could use a new coat of paint. It is showing signs of heavy use.

Basic hotel. Clean and tidy. We looked for an early check in and were told it would be £25 which was disappointing. Other than that we couldn't fault it.

Very close to Battersea Park, which is great. Sadly, a very neglectful maintenance team. Shower rail broken, shower door off its rail, shower head broken, TV broken, aircon very weak (and turns off automatically after 3 hours). Room clean but rest of property not so much.

Dirty, run down place. It was advertised as having air conditioning, I stayed there at 37 degrees, was only offered a fan. Poor quality room, needed refurb. The shower flooded the whole of the bathroom. Would never stay again, substandard.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE THAT WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT. Do not stay here. If you are planning to stay here to save some money, please spend that extra money. It will be worth it. This place advertised A/C. No A/C in room 207. Although they did have broken floor standing fan. Shower head in tub was being held up by kitchen knife. Only hot water from every faucet (Scorching, skin burning HOT water). We had to let water run in tub do that reasonably, manageable hot water can be used to take shower. When you lay in the bed, you sink in and feel springs. That may have been least bad thing. Pillows smelled of sweat from previous use. We booked for 3 nights, but we ended up checking out next morning and going to another place. Expedia should not have this place in their inventory.

No lights in the room despite it being reported with no offer to change room or even give a partial refund. Had to go to the bathroom in the dark which is not acceptable or safe
