このホテルの近くで仕事があったため、こちらに宿泊しました。ミニキッチンがあったことが大きなポイントでした。 到着後、シャワーカーテンが変色していることや、ゴミ箱にゴミが入っていたこと、エアコンフィルターが掃除時期と表示、ランプにシェードがないことにとても驚いて、、23時に他の部屋が騒がしく、、ここに1週間住めるのかとても不安でした。 ですが、簡素でも部屋は予想より広く、明るく、テーブルや椅子、鏡、クローゼットなど必要なものが全て揃っているうえ、キッチンはIHコンロが二口も付いていて、洗い物のスポンジも新しいものが置かれていました。すべての部屋が中庭に面しているのかもしれません。窓の外に余裕があってとても良かったです。 受付のかたはとてもお優しくて、予約したUberが来ず、困っていたところ、他のタクシーを予約してくださって、とても助かりました。 そういえば、煙探知機なのか、警報器が突然鳴ったのは怖かったです。（湯気に反応したのでしょうか）フロントに電話をしようとしましたが、どこにも電話が見当たりませんでした。色々と初めてのことがありましたが、アパートに暮らしているようなとても楽しい滞在でした。

Great location, friendly staff, rooms are nicely modern in decor but now looking a little tired. Parking was useful and the value for London is excellent. Don’t expect any more thrills than a good room for a reasonable price, no bar, no restaurant etc. Good access to local bars, Battersea & Chelsea shops and a Budgen’s local over the road.

Location was good, easy to get to and get to other areas in London with public transport. Check in was easy. The room was disappointing though, the air conditioning did not work and the fan was better than nothing but did not replace air conditioning. There was no shower screen in the bathroom which meant that having a shower was difficult, there appeared to be no extraction fan working there and the ceiling light in the bathroom was hanging down which is dangerous in a bathroom environment and needs looking at. I was grateful that the window opened wide however I would be alarmed if staying in that room with a small child as the bed is directly under the window. I don't like complaining but found sleeping quite difficult in the heat.

Air con wasn’t working, which was a big deal in the hot summer.

This hotel could be great, but it's very run down and poorly maintained. The online check-in form required a photo of my ID which I didn't like, and they only provided one key card so we asked for another which they reluctantly provided. They claim the front desk is staffed 24 hours, but it's not. Oftentimes there is nobody there and a phone number posted to call instead. The issue with that is anybody can walk in from the street and access the property as a key card is not required to gain entry to the building. The room we had was large with a large bathroom, but it was not clean and the floors were filthy. Lots of items were broken, lights didn't work, and the window nearly fell out of the frame when opened. The kitchenette had one pot and one pan, both of which I don't think were cleaned from the last guest, but cooking tools to cook with were not provided. There was grease and food residue on the walls and counter around the kitchenette area. Additionally, we booked for three people and there was one fork to eat with. We asked for two more and they only had one more to give us. The bathroom had mold around the shower tiles. The only thing that worked well was the air conditioning. I booked this room with budget in mind so I was not expecting perfection, but I was at least expecting the room to be clean which sadly it was not. The area is good, close to shops and restaurants, and the park, and a quick trip to Battersea Station to then go anywhere you like.

After our stay, I understand why it was the cheapest option in the area. Check in and hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, but the room upkeep was gross. The bathroom had dark, dirty water marks along the shower and by the toilet where a brush must have been. All the skirting boards in the bathroom had water damage to the point they were nearly falling off the wall. The main room was better, but the door to the closet/kitchenette did not close fully. Although the room wasn't the best, the location was great. Only a short walk to Battersea Park which had so much for our family to enjoy. There was also a range of great food choices in the area for meals as well.

I never give reviews, but I feel is my due diligence to inform anyone that thinks about staying here to reconsider. Only were they rude but the AC was according to them was "slow" but the reality is there was no AC at all. They provided a small fan and had the window cracked open to provide us with some kind of air circulation. We spent our first night covered in sweat. The elevator smashed my husband between the doors twice. It has no safety sensor to stop the doors from closing if it senses someone at the door way. The bathroom light kept flickering on and off. We checked out the next day even though our we had paid for 2 nights. This hotel is non refundable so we overpaid and lost money since we had to find other accommodations. Do not waste your money!

Bad experience for check in. Staff was unhelpful and disinterested. Room was on the lower ground. Had a smell of damp in the room. Damp mark on the ceiling was there as well. Won’t stay there again

Våra betyg dras ner av att man säger att det finns AC, men i praktiken fungerar den ej. Vi var 4 gäster och fick ett 4-bäddsrum på översta våningen där varken AC eller kylskåpet i pentryt fungerade. Under natten var temperaturen 32 C och fönstren gick knappt att öppna. Vänligt nog fick vi byta till ett 3-bäddsrum med extra säng längre ner i hotellet. Där fungerande kylskåpet men fortfarande ingen AC. Garaget är rymligt och känns säkert. Något omständigt att komma åt sin bil eftersom endast personalen har

Shower could have been slightly better but the room was more than adequate for a night. Perfectly comfortable and quiet which is a must for me. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area. Great location, very smooth check in and general cleanliness was good, no complaints.

Photos were nothing like what it actually is, shower didn’t have a shower screen. Awful smell, windows are nailed shut. Spent far too much.

The room was filthy with mold on the walls, debris on the floor, water stains on the ceilings and water damage to the bottom of the bathroom door. Beyond that, the air conditioning was not working. We specifically chose the hotel because their description stated multiple times that there was AC. The AC was important as we have a medically sensitive child who is unable to regulate her body temperature. With temperatures outside reaching nearly 90 the AC was a medically necessary requirement for any hotel we chose. When I spoke to the front desk and explained the absolute necessity of the AC I was provided options for other rooms in which the AC was also not working. The building and rooms are equipped with AC but it was not functional in any of the tooms that we were offerred. It was frustrating to explain that my child needed something for her health only to be shown other rooms that did not meet our needs. Rather than be upfront I felt like I was given the run around. We left the hotel. All the circumstances were absolutely unacceptable from the state of the facility to the inaccurate descriptions to the lack of transparency. Disappointing is an understatement.

The rooms were okay. The best part was the bathrooms which were renovated and clean. The worst part was there was no air in the room … window didn’t open and no air so it got super hot. Also the studio we thought that we were getting was just 2 double beds. People were pleasant. Area was good enough but costly for what we got Overall it was a moderate experience

Our stay started badly when we arrived to find nobody at reception because the receptionist had gone to help another guest who had been locked out for the third time that night. We were allocated a basement room that was completely unacceptable. There was no ventilation. The room was extremely dusty, and the air conditioning didn't work, only flashing a warning symbol. We were given a fan instead, but it was so noisy it was impossible to sleep with it on, while without it the room was unbearably hot. Switching it on also blew dust around the room. The bathroom was in poor condition. The door had warped and cracked so badly from damp that it wouldn't close, the sink was cracked, and there was mould around the open-plan shower. The following morning we said we would not be staying for the second night. The receptionist offered us "one of the good rooms", suggesting he knew the room we'd been given was below standard. We refused, having already lost confidence in the hotel. We have since requested a refund for the unused second night but have been ignored. This was a very disappointing stay, with poor maintenance, poor cleanliness and poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel. Clean and tidy. We looked for an early check in and were told it would be £25 which was disappointing. Other than that we couldn't fault it.

Vi havde to værelser. Det ene havde en halvdårlig aircondition og det andet virkede den slet ikke og temperaturen på værelset lå på 30-35 grader. Efter vi måtte kæmpe for det lykkedes det dog at få et værelse med fungerende aircondition. Selve værelserne trænger i den grad til en kærlig hånd. Maling er skaldet af og skrivebord var gået i stykker. To af tre morgener blev vi vækket af brandalarmen tidligt om morgenen.

Very close to Battersea Park, which is great. Sadly, a very neglectful maintenance team. Shower rail broken, shower door off its rail, shower head broken, TV broken, aircon very weak (and turns off automatically after 3 hours). Room clean but rest of property not so much.

Dirty, run down place. It was advertised as having air conditioning, I stayed there at 37 degrees, was only offered a fan. Poor quality room, needed refurb. The shower flooded the whole of the bathroom. Would never stay again, substandard.

Otelin konumu ve ulaşim olanaklari iyi. Fotograflarda Mutfak var görunüyor ama yok. Bir şey pişirecek tencere tava bulunmuyor. Sadece bardak var. Oda duvarlari kirli görunüyor. Klima yok, sadece vantilatör var. Tek avantaji fiyati ve Battersea merkeze yakin olmasi.
