This is a nice and clean hotel Every staffs are kind and friendly. But, If you want to get central London often, you feel quite struggle to get there. There're only bus stops and train station. Generally, I can say It's good.

good. nearby battersea park was good. but SO park hotel didn't supply inner shoes(slipper)

Curtains didn't close properly so no privacy and blinded by the sun in the morning. Air con not working so boiled alive all night at 28degrees. Probably used to be a nice room years ago. Not sure who they used as a painter and decorator but a 5 year old could do better. Missing lampshades and generally shabby. Under a flight path so every 10min get that delight from 6am.

Amazing! Extra and convenient safe car park for a reasonable price! Well reckon....

Air conditioning was not working during London heatwave, rooms very uncomfortable. Relocated to another room where the A/C would shut down after 3 hours. They are aware of the problem but maintenance is not one of their things. Rooms are good size but could use a refresher with some paint. Bathrooms are good, shower floors are slippery without a bath mat.

Room was clean and well equipped and good as a base to sleep

The hotel is not close to London Underground. The hotel is not well maintained - bathroom plumbing was blocked & TV received no stations.

No lights in the room despite it being reported with no offer to change room or even give a partial refund. Had to go to the bathroom in the dark which is not acceptable or safe

The room was just about ok in terms of cleanliness. The overall state of the room was poor with stains all down the wall and chunks of the wall/ door missing. The room desperately needs attention. The gentleman on reception was friendly, but overall I wouldn’t stay there unless you have too - there are very few options in Battersea. Very expensive for what it is!

The toilet did not shut off after flushing.

This is a good property in a convenient location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My only slightly negative comment is that the hallways really could use a new coat of paint. It is showing signs of heavy use.

The hotel was what we needed for our stay; clean, well located and a good price for London. The bathroom needs some attention as the tiles were chipped and cracked and the shower had clearly leaked at some point - although was a great powerful shower - as the skirting had blown. The paintwork was a bit chipped throughout. The beds were comfy.

We were scammed, received a Whatsapp message asking us to confirm our reservation by confirming our credit card details. The message had our itinerary number, corrects dates etc. Multiple amounts of hundreds of pounds were taken. I phoned the Axiom, who already knew about this scam but had not warned any guests. I raised this on arrival, receptionist said data must have been leaked by Expedia (we didn't use Expedia) and denied any responsibility. Hotel was in a good location for us, close to Battersea park and power station, but a bit scruffy, the window didn't close properly and someone must have been smoking on our floor.

Simple but great!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I think my problems lie with the accuracy of this listing. It’s in a good location that is close to the train, Battersea shopping centre (about 10-15 min walk), and the park which is immaculate. There is also a bus stop adjacent to the hotel which is very handy if you don’t feel like walking. The photos of the listing on here and google show a courtyard which I thought would be a good place to relax and take photos, upon arriving I was told that it is actually a residential apartment complex and there is no access to it. If you plan on doing early check in/out there will be a charge to do so. They did have a hairdryer to provide If asked, but no toiletries and had to go to shops to get minor things like toothbrush. I also found that the cleaning was not the best, as there were a number of hairs in the towels, counters, and I feel like it could've been a little more thorough. Overall, was worth the price (affordable for the weekend).

Overall good stay but there was loud activity around 3am due to inebriated hotel guests and some mold in the shower.
