Excellent stay and a great location - thank you very much and we will be back

No lights in the room despite it being reported with no offer to change room or even give a partial refund. Had to go to the bathroom in the dark which is not acceptable or safe

The room was just about ok in terms of cleanliness. The overall state of the room was poor with stains all down the wall and chunks of the wall/ door missing. The room desperately needs attention. The gentleman on reception was friendly, but overall I wouldn’t stay there unless you have too - there are very few options in Battersea. Very expensive for what it is!

The toilet did not shut off after flushing.

This is a good property in a convenient location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My only slightly negative comment is that the hallways really could use a new coat of paint. It is showing signs of heavy use.

The hotel was what we needed for our stay; clean, well located and a good price for London. The bathroom needs some attention as the tiles were chipped and cracked and the shower had clearly leaked at some point - although was a great powerful shower - as the skirting had blown. The paintwork was a bit chipped throughout. The beds were comfy.

We were scammed, received a Whatsapp message asking us to confirm our reservation by confirming our credit card details. The message had our itinerary number, corrects dates etc. Multiple amounts of hundreds of pounds were taken. I phoned the Axiom, who already knew about this scam but had not warned any guests. I raised this on arrival, receptionist said data must have been leaked by Expedia (we didn't use Expedia) and denied any responsibility. Hotel was in a good location for us, close to Battersea park and power station, but a bit scruffy, the window didn't close properly and someone must have been smoking on our floor.

Simple but great!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I think my problems lie with the accuracy of this listing. It’s in a good location that is close to the train, Battersea shopping centre (about 10-15 min walk), and the park which is immaculate. There is also a bus stop adjacent to the hotel which is very handy if you don’t feel like walking. The photos of the listing on here and google show a courtyard which I thought would be a good place to relax and take photos, upon arriving I was told that it is actually a residential apartment complex and there is no access to it. If you plan on doing early check in/out there will be a charge to do so. They did have a hairdryer to provide If asked, but no toiletries and had to go to shops to get minor things like toothbrush. I also found that the cleaning was not the best, as there were a number of hairs in the towels, counters, and I feel like it could've been a little more thorough. Overall, was worth the price (affordable for the weekend).

Overall good stay but there was loud activity around 3am due to inebriated hotel guests and some mold in the shower.

The member of staff on the front desk was lovely and helpful. Hotel was easy to find and clean. Room itself and the hotel in general need some TLC.

Staff were courteous and helpful and an okay price for a decent location for our needs. Secure parking available, as per their advert but with an additional charge but it's not an unreasonable rate for London. BUT the family studio room needs some work! Plaster missing from ceiling above bed, aircon/heating not working (windows were open when we got there with an unpleasant smell in the room) and the heating was not working so pretty cold! TV not working. Shower head needs replacing. The room generally needs quite a bit of attention and redecoration.

Jay on reception was excellent, extremely helpful. However the bed was really quite uncomfortable (very wobbly if your partner moved slightly!) and the pillows were thin. Great parking thiugh

Room smelled off burning insect or smoke al night felt sick the following morning had to leave the window open all night to air the room out, all my clothes stinks of a burning smell had to wash everything. Complain to the guy on the desk but told it was the only room available which was strange because you are rooms available on the website. Definitely avoid for your own safety and well being

The room looked NOTHING like the picture - dirty walls with fingerprints all over, a single bed was added to the room which wasn’t requested, glassware was dirty, the bathroom was very unpleasant, the bed was uncomfortable (2 single mattresses put together) Additionally the staff was not helpful at all and wasn’t willing to cooperate in any way. A massive scam. Incorrect misleading marketing - very dirty hotel I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay there even for one night.

The room was very dusty. And the hallways and elevator smelled like marijuana and smoke. There was a fan in our room with no knob and the sink would not stop dripping. Went to use the restroom in the middle of the night and the floor was flooded so they moved us to another room that had a lot of dust and the sink dripped in that one as well. There is no cover on the bottom mattress and it was dirty. We did not stay as long as we were supposed to

The room was okay. But lots of issues. Lights flickering constantly in the bathroom. There is no extractor fan. The tap in the kitchen wobbles like crazy. The worst bit was the bed- had sunken holes in it and was very uncomfortable. The shower was great though and the staff were nice but this was not good value for money. And would not stay again. We were a party of two rooms. The other room had to be changed as there were stains on the bed and the toilet was broken. It’s a bit of a shambles! We also messages them well in advance to ask for rooms on the same floor which were ignored. They’re so not monitor messages or reply to customers - so don’t rely on that.
