Great location, it is really close to the subway (the tube) and it’s a 15-20 min walk to the Big Ben / London eye location. Rooms are good and clean. We stayed in a queen bed room and was perfect for a couple. One of the big perks was the breakfast, really good and complete. This was our first time in London and I would recommend this hotel as well.

Very clean modern feeling hotel, the room was a good size and we had a nice side view of the London eye. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion were available in the hotel bathroom and they had a really nice smell. Staff were also helpful and friendly, lots of choice for breakfast and it tasted great. I’d stay here again

Cons: heating in room did not work. Called down to reception and the receptionist said maintenance would take a look from the main control room and she would call us with an update. An hour later we waited and no call. We went down to reception and maintenance guy was there and didn’t seem to anything about it. No acknowledgement or apology from reception for not callinG back with an update. -lady in reception looked stressed and nothing explained to me when checking in (card to lifts, breakfast, check out times). No clear queue of where to check in so others that came after me where seen before me. Pros: room clean. Great location. -hearing issue not fixed but evening receptionist and manager very good and issue sorted. -Breakfast was plentiful.

The room is in we-have-never-seen condition, namely, 1. There is spiderweb like crack in bothroom sink, spreading 1/3 of the basin; 2. The door stopper is broken, potentially the door could damage the wall. We had to report it and declare we should not be liable for any damage; 3. Climate Control is mulfunctional. The next morning it is completely OFF; 4. The heating system is not working so we have to ask for a protable heater; The room is already small enough for 3 of us, it is only half of the size as those in the US Hamptons we stayed; 5. We stayed 3 nights and only seen few smilie faces during the 72hours. Most of the staff showing poker face even we are greeting them. And the housekeeping staff does not speaking English at all. They told us first: No English; 6. On the last day of staying, we found there is a huge stain mark on one of the pillow covers as the room is dim. I was wondering how can this thing be re-used at the first place??? Reported this to the duty manager and showed the item to him. His response is like: sorry about that. No apologies at all. He didn't even make eye contact. We were thinking are we in the UK or somewhere else?? The room number is 221. Any future guest please check the staus of this properly if assigned to this room or just reject it if not rectified. Terrebable experience in deed.
