Nice hotel close to Waterloo Station for cruise passengers heading to Southampton. Breakfast was very good and included with the rate. Hotel is also within easy walking distance to the London Eye, Big Be, Parliament and Westminster Abbey. Rates are on the higher end. Rooms were clean and well furnished.

Just returned home from staying at Hampton by Hilton hotel at Waterloo. Loved my time there! Staff were always so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. I will return next year (hopefully).

The hotel is very well situated for a visit to London…theatres, key sites etc It is calm, well staffed, and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable

About 5 minutes walk from Waterloo underground station. Very clean hotel and room. Friendly staff on reception . Was able to check in an hour early free of charge and check out at 12pm instead of 11pm. Comfortable bed . Plenty of choices for breakfast to suit everyone. Seemed very quiet at night with no noise from outside even though overlooking the main road. Very fast lifts to our 4th floor. We will book again if the price was right.

The room was mostly ok, the bathroom was a wet room which I hadn’t anticipated and there was some damage. I usually enjoy buffet style breakfasts but this one was not good. The staff were really great and the proximity to Waterloo station was fantastic.

Excellent hôtel ton stay in London. Only downside: if you don't book a city view room, you'll be looking at a pretty stern wall outside of your window. Now the pluses: the hitel is spacious and clean. There is always staff around and they are super helpful. All of them. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is great and plentiful. The location is super convenient too. I highly recommend.
