Clean room, good buffet breakfast, location are convenient.

Very quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for price paid

The bathroom door handle was broken, Steve got locked in the bathroom is was a challenging few minutes quite scary. The breakfast was fine nothing exceptional but felt quite dis functional the yogurts for the fruits are placed in a fridge under the hot food area. The lady who checked everyone in for breakfast was lovely, very polite and cheerful, a big thank you to her. The person who checked us out was fine until he was told about the bathroom door, although we only wanted to report it, for the safety of the next visitor, he was quite dismissive of the seriousness of that situation.

The twin room was a great size and the bathroom clean and well maintained. The shower was powerful which is rare in some hotels. Breakfast selection was great. My only disappointment was the pillows which were uncomfortable. We didn’t ask for any alternatives, options may have been available. Overall a great stay in a nice hotel, really close to the south bank and Waterloo station. Thanks to the helpful and friendly staff

Nice location, easy to get to public transport, room was nice, staff was great. Highly recommend!

Handy location and good breakfast.

Breakfast menu was ok, but didnt like the way you felt rushed at breakfast, was asked if we could be done in half an hour as it was busy so everybody rushing around, cant do a buffet breakfast in half an hour

A wide arrary of breakfast foods both hot and cold. Staff were extremely pleasant. They made you feel very welcomed. The hotel itself shows sign of wear and lobby chairs need to be replaced or deep cleaned. I would stay again. Bed was comfortable which is a guge plus for me because I have a bad back.

Room was nice and clean, just need more tea and coffee. Staff friendly and helpful . Breakfast room isn't big enough for the size of hotel. Was only there for one night so didn't spend any time in hotel.

All good but reccomend mattresses changed or turned for more comfortable night r246. Staff very helpful and would stay again.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. Professional and attentive, even let us check in early. The continental breakfast is great and smoothly operated even with the rotating large crowds. My only complaints are the size of the room and the way the shower door is incomplete. Coming from The Bahamas we're used to the shower doors closing completely

Breakfast was included daily and there was a wide variety to choose from. Tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Room was a decent size ( well, this is Europe!) but was very clean! Shower was awesome. If you don’t mind hopping on a train ( Waterloo) to get somewhere, this is a great hotel.

Nice breakfast

Hotel staff lovely, room and hotel was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and plenty of it. Only issue we had was with the bed. It creaked constantly and half way through the night the bottom half of the bed broke away from the frame
