Dined in the restaurant in the evening and the staff were excellent. Allowed us to have a drink prior to ordering our meal.
Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of fresh food being brought out when required.

Great stay! Loved the adjoining rooms for my family ; i'd stay again just for that convenience. The bed in one room was not very comfortable (I could feel and hear the springs) but Overall, the hotel was conveniently located, clean, fairly priced, and the breakfast included made mornings so easy. I definitely recommend it.

Good location for my business conference, modern and well maintained. Wish there was somewhere to hang my jacket in the room and dedicated space for luggage etc.
Medium quality bed and medium quality breakfast with clumsy logistics for the food placement.

Well situated hotel. Close walking distance to Waterloo station. Fast, easy check in. My only advice would be to buy some snacks and drinks before you arrive as they are very overpriced in the hotel, water £3.99 a small bottle, £2.65 for a Mars bar!!!!

Not many shops nearby, but close to the station and a variety of restaurants. Plenty of breakfast options, although the hot food was rather lukewarm. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable.
