Excellent hôtel ton stay in London. Only downside: if you don't book a city view room, you'll be looking at a pretty stern wall outside of your window. Now the pluses: the hitel is spacious and clean. There is always staff around and they are super helpful. All of them. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is great and plentiful. The location is super convenient too. I highly recommend.

Air conditioner was questionable at best but they tried. London was hot and humid this day.

5/5 stars! I stayed at this hotel for 5 days/4 nights during London Climate Week and I was extremely impressed with the hotel and staff. It was clean, organized and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff were unbelievably friendly and organized. The morning breakfast rush was a madhouse but they had plenty of staff cleaning, setting out food, and helping around...it was frankly impressive. The location is excellent - close to many cool neighborhoods and transport lines. If I'm back in the Waterloo area in the future, I will 100% stay here in the future.

Great stay, modern and very comfortable room.

The buffet style breakfast had great options. But the interiors were a bit aged. The location is perfect for local transportation and the Borough market. Bedding/towels were not always replaced.

The staff were great, the room had a good view and facilities. The only odd thing is that the room smelt of damp. There was a damp patch by the door where the shower had leaked through. That wasn't a problem except for the damp smell which was quite noticeable. It didn't affect my stay but it would be good to get it fixed for next time!

A well appointed, clean room. The hotel is in a great location for Waterloo Station and staff are very helpful

The property was convenient to tube and rail facilities, and there were several good restaurants in the area. The property was also very cleaned and well maintained. The staff was also courteous and very friendly. We did run into one issue in that the air conditioner only cooled the room down to an estimated 79-80 degrees. In fairness, temperatures in London were in the low 90s during our stay. The staff did send maintenance to clean the filter in the room, but that had no impact. Staff also told us AC units don’t work that well during times of high temperatures. It would have been nice if they would have offered to move us to a different room instead of having to go through a few miserably hot nights.

The staff worked hard to place everyone. They were polite and friendly. The food was good and fresh but I would like warm plates for the cooked food.

Great hotel to use as a base, just 10 minutes walk from Waterloo. Our room was clean, functional, as long as you didn't mind not having a view. Staff were helpful, breakfast was busy but was good quality and plenty of choice. Well worth the money we paid for the stay.

We marked excellent for all, and why. We had an amazing breakfast, each day. We ate dinner there each night. The front desk helped arrange taxi's for us, when we checked out. They gave directions to all attractions, etc. We loved the Waterloo area. We'd stay there again!!!

First room stunk of sewage. Staff expected us to wait “hours”. Moved after we complained. Told to try and eat breakfast (07:15) within 30 mins. Run down and tired hotel. Horrible beds and weird vibes.

Love the place. Few steps from Waterloo Tube station so very convenient. Very central to everything. Very clean and front staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff stewards are great and the rooms were clean but just don’t ask them for any questions about the trains or bus or anything about the area as they’ll always say they don’t know cause I ask about the bus schedules and they were no help. I think most if not all hotels tell their housekeeping to say nothing except to provide answers regarding the room cleaning, towels, toiletries, etc. which makes sense. SO THEN I ask the front desk about the bus schedules and they were able to help. SO AGAIN-Love the place, love the location, love the free breakfast…. And would definitely stay there again.
