Lovely hotel, clean and modern. We received complimentary upgrade for my husband’s birthday with a spectacular view of the London eye. Very grateful, Very pleased with our stay and will not hesitate to book again.

Room was nice and spacious. The twin beds were a good size. Breakfast was amazing

Nice room although the non-functional bathroom lock was interesting. also if you really want us to not use the room cleaning service, perhaps more tea and coffee at outset would help? We need the room to be serviced just to refill supplies. Breakfast was OK although the phrasing "Please only enjoy a 30 minute stay" made me want to stay longer just to see if the staff deliberately started being horrid once the half hour was up. It was a bot of an assumption that I was going to enjoy it at all.

Great location by the Waterloo Train Station (5+ min. walk). Very nice property, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great restaurant and breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful and offered great service! Thank you!

The heat was not working in our room, we believe that the hotel knew that the heat was not working, and they allowed us to check in anyway.

El hotel, ubicación, personal, servício todo EXCELNTE Mi problema fue con la reservación que hice en hoteles.com. al llegar me Dijeron que estaba cancelada por falta de pago. Unos días antes de la fecha de ingreso, recibí un correo que me decía que la reservación se cancelaría por falta de pago, cabe mencionar que Yo seleccioné cuando reservé, pagar al llegar. Por eso se me hizo muy raro No obstante, Me comuniqué con hoteles.com y me dijeron que todo estaba bien que ese correo no era de hoteles.com, que seguramente era un spam. Me confié en ustedes y llegando me hicieron pasar una situación incómoda. Afortunadamente el hotel tenía disponibilidad de las 2 habitaciones que quería. Yo por protección apago las tarjetas después de usarlas. Quizá fue eso, pero no hubo una llamada de alerta de hoteles. Muy mala experiencia con hotels.com tantos años que llevo con ustedes. Esto es para valorar alternativas.

A premium room seems to be awfully small, these days. Also, the hotel is beginning to show its age - the plaster is bubbling on the side of the shower stall, the carpets could do with a cleaning, etc. That said, the location is very convenient for Waterloo Station, with connections all over town. Some of the staff obviously shouldn't be working in a capacity where they meet customers. It seemed that a few of the breakfast staff considered a smile to be too valuable to vaste on strangers. Breakfast is an experience in its own right. You have to be alert and watchful in order to save your breakfast from being yanked from you by the over-enthusiastic buzzboys, We have stayed at this hotel three or four times. Now we think it may be time to try something else.

Clean room and staff. However need more gluten free options at breakfast. I was only offered Gluten free toast no other options

The room was adequate, the breakfast was cold and unappealing.

Everything was great. The only slight issue was the cooked breakfast wasn't very warm but it's understandable when they're catering for so many people.This hotel is perfectly situated in London. 5 minutes walk fro Waterloo underground station and links to the theatre areaminutes walk from V
