Rahil was quick and efficient. Rooms were spotless and well equipped. BRING your own milk, There is a convenience store nearby by if you forget, as the UHT milk provided is insufficient.

Great room, good size and very clean. Possible need some more utensils in kitchen but ok. Lovely to have a couch area and the views from our floor were fab! Loved the location and staff friendly and helpful. Great having a cafe in the lobby.

The room needs some updates. It is smaller than other apartment we stayed before. Our biggest complain was it seemed lack of care and attention to details. For example, there was no kettle when we checked in, missing fork and spoon. The ranger is so slow which makes it almost impossible to cook. But that was one of the main reason for family like us to book an apartment instead of hotel room. Staffs are nice and helpful. Location is also convenience.
