綺麗な景色

広々としていた点や部屋のデザインは気に入りましたが、椅子の脚が破損していて使用出来なかったことと、調理したり洗い物を置くスペースが狭くて不便でした。オーブンや食洗機はあるので料理をする人には便利です。駅は近くて便利ですが中心部に出かけるには多少の手間がかかります。

駅から近く地下鉄もバスも動きやすかった。

Very close to underground and bus stop, in addition many restaurants and supermarket. We spent comfortable stay here 5 nights comfortably. One things I felt pity is built in laundry machine, of its dry function was not work completely, but its not be lower overall rating.

地下鉄の駅からとても近くアクセスが良かった。　 部屋は広く、清潔だった。キッチンや、洗濯機があるので長期の滞在にもピッタリだった。 4泊でタオル交換がなかったため、洗濯・乾燥して使用した。 ソファーにところどころシミがあったが、私はあまり気にならなかった。　 滞在中に片方のエレベーターが故障することがあったが、スタッフの方が入り口に立っていて、1人1人の宿泊者に丁寧に説明しているのがとても好印象だった。　 チェックアウト時、ホテル側から「荷物を預かりますか？」と聞いてくれたことも好印象だった。　 ロンドンにまた行く時は必ずここに泊まりたいし、知り合いや家族にもおすすめします！

Clean room, great location if you don’t want to be in the center of the crowded tourist areas all the time, very close to underground stations to get to other areas of London. On-site coffee shop was high quality and great for quick breakfast before heading out for the day.

Como no se limpia diariamente, deberían de poner más utensilios para que los mismos huéspedes podamos tenerlo más limpio

Everything was perfect. The only thing was the lifts could do with some TLC. They were a bit ditry and the mirror was broken in one. Would still definitely recommend.

The room needs some updates. It is smaller than other apartment we stayed before. Our biggest complain was it seemed lack of care and attention to details. For example, there was no kettle when we checked in, missing fork and spoon. The ranger is so slow which makes it almost impossible to cook. But that was one of the main reason for family like us to book an apartment instead of hotel room. Staffs are nice and helpful. Location is also convenience.

The first is the bed for the third person. We booked a studio for three people. The extra bed for the third person was very poor. The mattress was incredibly thin. I did request and receive an extra mattress, but it was a thin mat that barely made any difference. There were no other options. I'm currently experiencing back pain due to the poor quality of the bed. See also the attachments about the very thin mattress and the bed. The second complaint concerns the collection of wet towels. I asked three times on days 2 and 3 for wet towels to be collected. They had gotten wet because the shower wasn't draining properly. They were promised collection each time, but this never happened. I did, however, receive new towels.

Stayed here many times but this time the standards have slipped massively. The drains in the toilet were disgusting… reported … tole maintenance would sort next day… never came A/c heating not working… got a heater with legs attached with tape… tole maintenance would sort next day… never came Tv was broke… tole maintenance would sort next day… never came Sounds like they have problems with the plumbing as about 3 times an hour.. lounge noise in the full floor… did not bother to report as never get anything sorted! Overall a poor experience… which is disappointing as usually good…. Standards are slipping massively here

On arrival the self check in was quick and convenient. We went to the room, on first glance we’re nice rooms and kitchen studio room. On inspection the bathroom mirror was grossly dirty with splash stains , the hallway mirror was dirty and there where what looked like blood spots dotted throughout the kitchen floor. I had to call staff to show them, they cleaned the room when we were out. The shower room had a wet room and all the water from the shower went into the bedroom under the door and caused a flooding in the room. Not designed well at all.. i had to request towels to mop up all the escaped water.

Lift was a huge issue, 2 lift for 25 floor building is too less imho. Dish washer was not very effective.

A Lavadora nao funcionou, trocaram a gente de quarto e nao verificaram o funcionamento da maquina no novo quarto. Provavelmente filtro sujo, tb nao funcionou e ti ha uma toalha imunda dentro. O staff é excelente mas a manutenção deixa muuuuito a desejar. Porisso nao repetiria a experiência! Boa localização.
