Kitchen fine, didn’t have any washing machine tablets. Couch very stained and very uncomfortable, cleaning could be improved, pillows horrible.

Rummen var minimalt städade och småskräp från tidigare gäster hittades. Dammigt. Soffan hade många fläckar från tidigare. Extra sängen som lades till saknade 3 fjädrar på vardera sida och tog mer än 40 min att ställas in i rummet trots instruktioner vid bokning. Front desk personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Comfy bed, clean bathroom, given 1 bedroom apartment instead ofa studio , so great amount of space. Thank you. Bedroom a bit dusty in the corners, but otherwise immaculate. Only one lift on when we visited , so at times lift a bit slow. Would return. Staff very pleasant. Hreat area for transport, and nice bars and restaurants nearby.

Cute photos, but in reality it’s all worn out, the walls look like poor rural hospital and only one towel. It’s not 4 stars at all. But spacious, yes.

I stayed for two weeks and could have used the laundry service, but it was too expensive! I ended up taking my laundry to a place in Noorderpark.

Das Appartement wirklich okey. Für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr geräumig. Sauberkeit war gut. Nur die Handtücher sollten besser gewaschen werden. Haben beim abtrocknen doch sehr unangenehm gemüffelt. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Perfect place near the train station and had good laundry service. Staff were very friendly and available.

No AC for 3 days. No air ventilation, plumbing smells like stench horrible 3 day stay. Go somewhere else.

The hotel apartment block was located very close to the underground. The complex is very modern and to a high standard. The room itself was of a very high standard, nothing was missing as far as equipment was concerned. The kitchen gavecus the possibility of acquiring groceries from the local supermarkets. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We found the gym a positive feature. A dishwasher and washing machine were part of what was available in the room Excellent.

Excellent place to use as a base for exploring The City of London and beyond.

Place was amazing, clean, convenient and close to a lot of walkable touristy places. Service for the most part was poor: needed things and they said they were going to do it but they didn’t, no cleaning service came during our trip, and we had to keep reminding them that trash needed to be picked up.

The phone adapter is not global standard, It is local only. It is inconvenient, London as the global city should be global standardized, Hope next time visit, the hotel have the adapter to support common phone adapter charger plus in

The room was neglected. Dirty floor and shower in bad conditions. The staff is kind and helpful but the rooms needs proper cleaning

Rustig gelegen hotel nabij Aldgate East Metro. De kamer was ruim en praktisch ingericht. Leuke coffeebar op de gelijkvloer. Tijdens ons verblijf was 1 van de 2 liften stuk, wat zorgde voor langere wachttijden aan de lift. Zowel in de gangen als op de sofa in de kamer zie je plekke

I travel to London regularly for work for 1-2 weeks at a time and usually try out various apart hotels near London Bridge. Lemon Locke was ok. Front desk were good, but occasionally forgetful. The cleaning service that was supposed to happen on Sat at the 1-week mark didn’t happen until Tuesday after multiple requests and they missed half of it. The room is a decent size and the WiFi worked well. It was nice having a cafe in the lobby, even if the cost was a little on the high side. Lots of restaurants in the area and steps from Aldgate station were great amenities. I used the gym most days in the morning. It was a little busy on a few days, but I never unusable. Each room also has a roll mat, which was also good. The kitchenette stove was mediocre. Even on the highest setting it took 10min to cook an omelette. There’s a washer/dryer combo in the room. 1/2 the time it did a decent job of both tasks. The rest of the time the clothes still came out damp.

This was a good choice to be close to the underground, and to a few good places for food (ramen mostly). The room and bathroom were spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped. The gym was outstanding, amazing equipment and totally a benefit. I'm only giving it three stars because of the air quality. You cannot open windows, the hallways stink and the air conditioning was good, but it's never great to have aircon running the whole time. And then there's no cleaning - it's an apartment more than a hotel, so although you can get towels, it wasn't clear when I booked it that this would be the case. The staff were very nice and friendly but it was just not quite what I was expecting.

Enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Close to subway. Do recommend staying here.
