Everyone was so very kind! Very convenient to the airport. Short of the elevator not working…. But they did offer to take our baggage to our room 😀. The restaurant staff was so very nice, but the food was meh… maybe just go out somewhere else to eat. I would definitely stay here again! The uber ride was much easier than expected. Make sure you get in the right bus haha. We had to get off at another hotel , but uber was on it. The room was very spacious and the AC worked wonders.

The room was nice and clean but it was sold as a king plus double bed. In fact we got a queen and king single - the beds were very small.
Also, the ac was terrible. We were hot all night, it didn’t cool much at all.

Not as convenient as expected, can get multiple buses from Heathrow Central, but only 1 bus going back to airport every 20min. Awkward access along narrow footpath to get to entrance and hotel doesn't look like much from outside, but much better on the inside. Check in was very good, they checked our booking and allocated a suitable room. Due to the lifts not working in 1 wing we were given a 1st floor room in the central part. Unfortunately this room had a wall completely blocking the view from the window.
We decided to have lunch in the hotel, the fried squid didn't taste right and both of us got upset stomachs and were running to the loo.
The room was decent size, comfortable bed and good TV options. Aircon was a lifesaver on such a hot day, but the bathroom sink was blocked and draining slowly, bringing up previous contents, yuck. Overall, ok for 1 night if flying, but better options nearby for the price.

The best part of the stay was the breakfast buffet! There were a lot of great options. I definitely recommend. The room was nice, but the dinner was a bit overpriced for what you get. The staff was very helpful before my stay with informing me about the transportation to and from the airport.

An old building with an attempted revamp. The walls and doors are extremely thin, so get ready to hear everyone talking in the rooms down the hall and listen to everyone walking in the hallway.

Property is convenient to the airport. Air conditioner did not work. They are not very accommodating in the restaurant. Asked for taxi service for morning checkout. They forgot. They did call for one, but it was not a taxi that showed up, it was an Uber or private driver which charged $10 euro more than our ride from the airport.

I was changed to a disabiliity room -she told me that Expedia said this is on my profile . I am not disabed.
She told me the elevator was broke and the only elevator working was to the disability room. The room and hotel needs to be cleaned - it needs to be painted. I booked a car for the airport - NO CAR. I was late for my flight as i had to get the shuttle service despite I booked at the desk. I stayed at this place the week before same issues.-- could not provide a car and stated they overbooked
