Surprisingly good. Got a last minute deal which was good value, although looked since and wasn’t very cheap. As a Gold Expedia member you get free parking here which is a bonus!

Enjoyed the helpful staff and the breakfast was great. Air conditioning worked great and I liked the idea of being close to the car rental and the location to the airport. Would highly recommend this for an enjoyable stay.

This is an unfair review because I had to leave Paris early due to train issues, so I needed a place to stay before my flight instead of being in Paris… so I know I need to take that into account because I was a bit bitter. The hotel is fine. It’s clean. That staff is nice. The bed is comfortable. You don’t hear planes - but you definitely hear people in the hallways. Food is meh. You certainly don’t have any options once you are here. You are eating at the hotel! I thought it would be easy enough to get to from Liz Line and then busses. It was - but at night and solo, I didn’t love the places I was out alone with luggage. I felt unsafe and the front door is way around the corner on a rough, blind, and dark sidewalk. Ladies probably shouldn't come here solo late at night. Once in the door - all is well. This place does the job. It’s not exceptional.

We enjoyed our stay at Leonardo. The breakfast was fantastic and for £15 was a great deal! The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well! Dinner was in a nice relaxed setting but not such an interesting menu really.

I booked this hotel the night before an early flight with the hope of leaving my car therefore a few days. I fully expected to pay for the parking. I was a shock and stress when I was told there was no way I can leave my car there. I wished they made it clear (obviously they would say its my fault for not checking. I had to book a meet and greet in a hurry late at night which meant I could not scrutinise the companies and got a really poor deal. In addition the room I was assigned the air-con was not working. more additional stress! To be fair the the reception staff she gave me another room promptly and "upgraded" which meant I had complimentary hot drinks making facility and a chocolate bar, which is nice but totally not worth it.

The location is convenient. It’s very near Heathrow’s Terminal 2, less than a 10-minute drive. The staff was very helpful with check-in and getting us a taxi service for an early morning flight. However, the air in the room didn’t get any cooler. We set it to as low as it could so it can give us cool air but nothing happened. Since we arrived late and just wanted to rest, we didn’t have the energy to call and wait for maintenance to fix anything.
