Leonardo London Heathrow Airport

It was well-priced and did the job of putting me up comfortably enough until my flight took off the next day. I did not get the feeling that this hotel was on par with the 4star hotels in America (it wasn’t spotless in any sense of the word), but perhaps that’s just due to European standards being different… overall it did the job and was a good value at the price point (I paid $100USD after taxes!)

Front desk staff was accommodating and let us check in early because we had an infant. The room we got didn't have a working heater and it's December. When called they said they will send someone to fix it in the meantime they gave a space heater. Room still felt the same way for the next 40 mins and no electrician came to look at it. Since we had an 11 hour flight the next morning, we asked to change the room, the next room was ok and the heater worked but they have the heating unit locked to 24c and it took around 30 mins for the room to heat up. Asked for baby crib, and it was a play pen that they put just a comforter in for a mattress. So uncomfortable, had to ask for a baby mattress, Had to call reception 3 times for the play pen to be transferred to the new room we were given. Beds were too soft and bouncy, pillows flat. No microwave in the room. While the front desk staff was very warm and friendly, I wouldn't use this hotel again as there are many in the area with better amenities. There is no hotel airport shuttle, we took UBER to the hotel which charged 33 pounds for less than 10 mins ride. While at the hotel we noticed a bus sign inside the lobby that said they have a bus every hour for terminal 5 that charges 6.75 pounds per person. There was a guy at the hotel who was a taxi driver and charged us 24 pounds to drop us off, which was still too much but cheaper than UBER.

All staff were friendly. The menu, while not particularly adventurous, had something for nearly all palates. And the advertised quality of the mattresses lived up to expectation - I slept like a log!

Welcoming check in. Comfy and quiet room. Staff all lovely. Bar and chefs great. Was early for dinner menu, but Chefs kindly started early and did my veggie burger

Always stay here if using Heathrow, it's very close to the airport (T2/3), easy self parking with plenty of space, staff are always really friendly and helpful and rooms clean. Generally get a decent price. Free, good wifi throughout. Breakfast is good, food and drink decent and not overpriced and there's a small gym if you need to stretch out. There's a brilliant Portuguese diner/cafe round the corner. All in all my preferred Heathrow hotel.

Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Close to airport. Enjoyed my stay.

Members choose among airport hotel for convenience and perks. The Leonardo hotel at London Heathrow is an Expedia VIP hotel giving them an edge over the competition. However, the Leonardo hotel does not honor the VIP perks. I have stayed at this hotel three times in 2025 alone. This is the second time this hotel is not honoring any VIP perks.

The entire experience was great. All the staff very friendly and helpful.
