It’s well maintained and convenient. The only thing I didn’t like is that the airport shuttle bus costs extra. The hotel description at booking gave me the impression that it was free.

After a long day of traveling I just wanted to relax and get a bite to eat.They were very accommodating and the room was clean and bed very comfortable.Also the lounge was open and very inviting also when the last game of the word cup was on. A cold beer and good food gave me just what I was looking for as the next day a flight back to East coast of Canada.I would recommend.Busse out front to take you to the airport for a small fee. Perfect

It’s very convenenient because of the shuttle bus that passes by the hotel to get to the LHR. The breakfast is mid, no other perks. The hotel needs to be updated. It was good for a place to sleep, bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The pillows were so hard it was impossible to to use. Stuffed clothing into the pillow cases to make pillows. No bathrooms on the main floor where reception and dining occurred. Food quality is excellent. Staff were pleasant but took ages to get to you. Long waits for everything. Calked front desk. Phone rang for ages while I watched tv. Had to go down to lobby to get service. 3 flights down to get help from front desk.
