Just the one night. Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth the price. I recommend this hotel

Brilliant position in Sheffield, exceptionally helpful staff

This hotel is basically fawlty towers. We ordered lunch which came to £45 and the majority was inedible including coleslaw with a skin on top from how long it had been left out. The spa is extremely run down and we were refused robes despite having treatments booked. Nobody seemed to know what was going on and were as confused as we were. All of this was topped off by the dog a few rooms down which had been left alone in the hotel room and barked constantly. I had 3 hours sleep due to the “double bed” actually being two singles of different heights pushed together and the one I slept on was on a slant so I spent the night being rolled in to the gap between the two beds. Would never stay here again and if I hadn’t have been so tired this morning leaving I’d have raised it with reception

Very comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Thank you for the room upgrade. A nice surprise.

Had an issue with no hot water and power outage

Hotel was in ideal location for my work

Property was poorly maintained, shower door didn’t stop the water pouring down the side and flooding the bathroom floor. Glasses were unclean, light fixtures were filthy, cracks in the bath tub that had been filled with black stuff and hadn’t even tidied up the messy excess filler.

Great hotel and staff , always solid

Nicky was a fantastic receptionist, she made us feel very welcome and special. We had an amazing room with a balcony, excellent value.

Had a one night stay, couldn’t fault the ok

Not bad but could do with a clean. The pool was very nice but again a bit shabby. Room was OK but let down by bathroom being a bit shoddy. Grounds are lovely with ducks on the lake.

Pleasant but interiors jaded and in need of updating

Nice hotel , needs some updating , lovely grounds . Ticked all the essential boxes well.

Ideal for visiting family and friends although the hotel is getting tired and plumbing needs attention. Will be glad when the road is finished leading to hotel

Beautiful hotel and would like to book again

Generally a bit faded around the edges. Beds were uncomfortable, bathroom tile coming off, silicone gungy, toilet didn't flush easily, no soap, tissues or face cloth.

Attended for a wedding and stayed, arrangmenta made for checking in which also met the requirements for easy access. Onsite parking. Lovely breakfast too

Road to hotel is terrible more pot holes than anything and this is not reflective on the property the car park was well lit and staff great room dated and this was for an upgrade but it served its purpose
