Novotel Liverpool Centre

Very close to the city center, walk a ball through a lot of things, well appointed. Great breakfast. A bit of a hassle with a parking deck, but not unexpected for an inner city hotel.

Everything was top notch really enjoyed are stay

Room was clean enough. All amenities worked fine. Being in the centre of liverpool, it is very noisy so be prepared! Even with window closed, street noise is very loud. Unfortunately, i came down very unwell so spent most time in the room. The sofa bed was very small. Not big enough for my 10&12yr old girls. Did not experience the bar apart from at breakfast. Breakfast was very nice with good options. We realised after we left that we'd left my daughters expensive water bottle in the room as she'd put it down by her side of the bed in the night. We phoned the hotel to ask if it was found when we'd been told it's been chucked away which was annoying as its an expensive branded water bottle. Usually hotels call you to say you have left something but we've been told we now have to email to apply for the refund of the cost of said water bottle. Will be interested to see if i get this back.

Clean hotel , helpful staff and good breakfast

Excellent experience, Very proffessional.

Good choice for breakfast. Pool area lovely but annoying that you have to book and a few times there were no towels so we had to drip dry. Rooms were spacious but quite worn down. Marks on the walls and the lamp was rusting. Beds were comfortable though and shower decent. Best thing about this hotel is location. So close to get to all the must see’s in Liverpool and a very short walk to the Liverpool One and Albert Dock.

The room was clean, beds very comfortable and the staff were friendly, breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast we’ve had. Although we would stay here in future we won’t be paying for the breakfast.

Clean hotel in a great location. Rooms are smallish, but not bad. Hotel could use some updates. But the condition was appropriate for the price.

Had to move rooms twice; first on the second floor was an issue with the window; cold room and traffic noise Second room issue with drains; smell horrendous Pool freezing; staff said it was over 22 degrees and monitored every 4 hours Pool table stained with spilt drinks and pool cues in a terrible state Breafast machinery all around the table not a nice relaxing area Breakfast area not

Room was clean with plenty of space, separate toilet and bathroom. Staff were friendly, swimming pool was clean, there is a Tesco next door, Liverpool one is a stones throw away and Albert’s dock is a 10 min easy walk if that!!
