The staff were welcoming and polite at all times. the rooms were very clean and comfortable, our bed was big an very comfortable too. I especially loved the shower as had lots of pressure and the toiletries were from Rituals and smelled lovely! the swimming pool and the gym were exceptionally clean. The only thing that would improve the experience would be the pool water being a bit warmer and having a jacuzzi. Breakfast was nice with plenty options. It could not be better located, it was perfect to visit all attractions, only short walk to the docks, bars and shops, etc. I will definitely stay again on my next trips to Liverpool!

Great central location for all the shops and sights. Lovely friendly staff on reception. Room was good with a comfy bed. The swimming pool was a hit with the family. Great selection of breakfast items, the kids loved making the mini pancakes! Great value for a Tuesday night!

An excellent stay at the Novotel hotel in Liverpool. Great central location and the parking next door in the locked car park was handy! The hotel was clean, tidy and everything was well-maintained. The room was an excellent size and such a great layout, having the toilet and shower rooms separate. Good swimming pool and overall an excellent hotel.

On the 8th floor in an executive room and no air con. Had to keep the window open as it was so hot not much sleep as outside was noisy

Great hotel and very central to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and spacious with a fudge, toilet and separate shower. Great price we paid. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely hot, fan offered in the bedroom but we all slept terrible due to the heat. Don’t stay here if it’s hot outside

Clean room, pool and amenities well maintained, visible staff cleaning the areas. Water not provided in room was told its a complimentary service for exec. Other than that it was a good stay. Very centrally located and close to shops and eateries. On site gym was not bad too

Staff was super friendly and helpful, location was like a 2-20 minute walk from everything. Bed was comfy (even the pull out couch was a good sleep).

Very close to the city center, walk a ball through a lot of things, well appointed. Great breakfast. A bit of a hassle with a parking deck, but not unexpected for an inner city hotel.

Everything was top notch really enjoyed are stay

Room was clean enough. All amenities worked fine. Being in the centre of liverpool, it is very noisy so be prepared! Even with window closed, street noise is very loud. Unfortunately, i came down very unwell so spent most time in the room. The sofa bed was very small. Not big enough for my 10&12yr old girls. Did not experience the bar apart from at breakfast. Breakfast was very nice with good options. We realised after we left that we'd left my daughters expensive water bottle in the room as she'd put it down by her side of the bed in the night. We phoned the hotel to ask if it was found when we'd been told it's been chucked away which was annoying as its an expensive branded water bottle. Usually hotels call you to say you have left something but we've been told we now have to email to apply for the refund of the cost of said water bottle. Will be interested to see if i get this back.

O staff é muito atencioso e inclusive nos permitiu ingressar no quarto antes da diária. Hotel tem uma excelente localização, muito próxima a estação de trem e das principais atrações, possibilitando fazer tudo a pé. Quartos de bom tamanho, limpeza, deixou um pouco a desejar, pois a parte sanitária tinha um pouco de cheiro. Possui uma boa academia e uma pequena piscina térmica. Tem um bar legal, com vista para a rua.
