Great location, staff was firendly and professional

Layout of rooms was spacious and comfortable

The room was excellently clean the only gripe I’d have is that the toilet is separate to the bathroom which is ok but no wash basin had to go back into bathroom to wash our hands not very hygienic I thought .but we did have a ironing board & iron in the wardrobe but didn’t need to use this time .the rest of hotel was very clean staff very helpful & polite .the cooked breakfast was abit rubbish the bacon & sausage over cooked but other stuff ok

Room was clean and spacious. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Central location was perfect.

Great location for all things touristy in Liverpool. Very quick check in , lovely sized clean and quiet room. Very nice breakfast area with a toaster machine that you only needed to put the bread through once ! Would definitely use again.

Lovely hotel in a great location with safe and secure parking nearby . My only reason for not 5 stars is having the toilet separate from the bathroom / which would be ok if there was also a sink in there to wash hands without having to go into the bathroom

Great location with easy parking across the road. Check in and check out was fast and efficient. The executive room was quite large and comfortable. The bathroom was large. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was OK. Bed was comfy but the room could have done with a proper deep clean. Bathroom although seemingly clean on surface smelt like wee and we had blood on our curtains (we didn’t see this until the morning) - we would have asked to have moved rooms if spotted when we checked in. We were just in a rush at check in to drop bags and get to a concert. Location is good.

Great location , nice clean room. The toilet door didn't lock or close properly and separate from the bathroom so had to walk round to wash hands, not ideal. Staff were nice and helpful and bed was comfy.

The room was very clean and big enough for us and our toddler, although i don't see how it could sleep 5. The facilities offered in the room were also great, for example there wasn't just tea and coffee, there was also a coffee pod machine, but i would have also liked to have seen hot chocolate. There were also little extras in the bathroom such as a shaving razor, toothbrush (but no toothpaste) and a little sewing kit. I also noticed in the bathroom that there was a sign saying to hang your towels up if you didn't need them changed but this sign is small and i didn't see it until my 2nd day at the hotel. I also liked the size of the TV, but was a bit annoyed that it didn't have all the freeview channels or Netflix available and it was an hour behind. I also thought it was odd that the bins in the room didn't have bin liners and i The hotel also came with a small swimming pool, sauna and gym but we weren't properly told how to book it. The breakfast also offered a really big buffet, but i would have preferred the hot food to be served fresh. And i think the evening meal was a bit expensive.

The staff were welcoming and polite at all times. the rooms were very clean and comfortable, our bed was big an very comfortable too. I especially loved the shower as had lots of pressure and the toiletries were from Rituals and smelled lovely! the swimming pool and the gym were exceptionally clean. The only thing that would improve the experience would be the pool water being a bit warmer and having a jacuzzi. Breakfast was nice with plenty options. It could not be better located, it was perfect to visit all attractions, only short walk to the docks, bars and shops, etc. I will definitely stay again on my next trips to Liverpool!

Great central location for all the shops and sights. Lovely friendly staff on reception. Room was good with a comfy bed. The swimming pool was a hit with the family. Great selection of breakfast items, the kids loved making the mini pancakes! Great value for a Tuesday night!
