Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Room Cleaning, Service Quality, and Unreturned Security Deposit Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. During the booking process, two rooms were reserved—one for two nights and another for one night. However, after checking in, we were surprised to find that there was no housekeeping service provided for the rooms. This is the first time we experience such an issue in any hotel worldwide. In addition, we paid for the rooms in cash and requested a partial deduction from the total amount in compensation for the lack of room cleaning, but our request was denied. Furthermore, we were informed that if we needed towels, toiletries, shampoo, or other basic amenities, we would have to personally go to the reception to request and collect them. This practice is highly unusual and not acceptable in any reputable hotel. Moreover, an amount of €50 was held on my credit card as a security deposit. Upon checking out, we asked for the refund to be processed immediately. Unfortunately, we were informed that the amount would be returned within two days to the credit card account. It has now been five days, and the amount has still not been refunded. This overall experience was very disappointing and far below the standards expected from a hotel. I kindly request that you take the necessary action to resolve these issues and ensure the immediate refund of the security deposit. Thank you .HASAN SHALABI

Room evaluation: The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, but the lack of room-cleaning service for two days is very disappointing. The hotel’s location is very good, close to the city center. Breakfast: Very good and varied. Staff: Average — not cooperative and not proactive. Overall, the hotel is overpriced, especially considering that room-cleaning services are not available.

I have stayed at Capri many times in the past and this time was disappointing. The hotel was experiencing a hot water issue in the day of my check in. After a long 13 hour travel day, all I wanted was a hot shower and bed. No one informed me that the hotel was having an issue with hot water and when it would be fixed. I get to my room and jump in the shower. To my surprise no hot water. I have to get out and run downstairs and ask reception about the issues. They bring out a piece of paper stating there would be no hot water for a period from 11:00-1:00. I quickly point out it’s now 2:00. They didn’t know how to respond. If I had been told in the beginning, it would not have been a problem and I would have waited to shower. The 2 night my key didn’t work. They had to program it again. During my whole stay a different persons name was on my TV , and I wasn’t sure if the person would suddenly show up to my room in the middle of the night. The parking ticket also didn’t work the second day even though I had prepaid for parking for my whole stay. Just a comedy of errors!

We really enjoyed the size of the room and the amenities in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will stay at Capri again when we are in Frankfurt Germany.

Not sure if $22 euro breakfast worth it. I’d skip it. I wish AC could be adjusted to make the room a bit colder. Also, they should allow for room service not every 3 days but a bit more frequently or depending on individual situation. Other than that, it’s great.

The hotel is in a remote area of the city. It’s at good walk to access public transportation. We arrived on a Sunday and there were two young people at the Front Desk who were professionals - they seemed like interns. We asked for help using the A/C in our room, and the young man said it was complicated and he had no idea how to use it. The feeling in the hotel was empty and spooky. We checked out immediately and found a better place close to the center of town.

Always a lovely stay at the Capri!

We absolutely loved our stay here and the next time we visit Frankfurt, we will definitely stay here again. The staff were all incredibly friendly, especially Ivan. He answered all my questions and kindly gave recommendations of where to eat. Parking was underground and there were always spaces available. The room was huge, clean, and had a great kitchenette. I really appreciated the water pressure with the shower and how spacious the bathroom was. We liked having the large water carafe to fill with the filtered water from the laundry room. The TV was a bit finicky and would randomly shut off, but that was our only issue. There's a huge mall with a large food court 300m away so that was convenient. They only offer house keeping after night 3 which was fine with us. They gave us drink vouchers for being OK with that, which was not necessary, but so kind. I hghly recommend this hotel!

I was only in Frankfurt for one night so this hotel was a good option for something clean, fairly priced, and near local transport and shopping. There were a decent amount of restaurants nearby as well.

We had a great stay at Capri in Frankfurt! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very cozy. The location is perfect — close to the main train station and major sights. Everything felt well-kept and comfortable. Special thanks to Arina at the front desk — she was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect during my stay. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the team did a great job accommodating all my advance requests. The reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient—just a short walk to the congress center. I will definitely stay here again. The only downside is the weekly room service, which I believe should be clearly highlighted at the time of booking. That said, they do provide fresh towels daily at the reception, which was appreciated.

Great location next to messe. Good restaurants in the area. Nice staff an complimentry drinks. Breakfast is good.

Excellent buffet, clean hotel near trains and services

An excellent modern hotel with great staff. Nice, spotlessly clean, large rooms with a kitchenette (where you can actually cook!), fast wifi, and a very responsive team. There is a good Gym and bar on the ground floor (Bar is closed on weekends though), and cafes and shops close by. Some English channels on TV may not work, but there was so much to do during my stay that this was not noticed much. Ms Parvati, in particular, at the front desk was excellent!!
