The hotel staff was wonderful very very helpful in fixing an excursion that I messed up. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We had a standard room, if you don’t like street noise ask for one on the courtyard we were on the second floor and up until 11 o’clock you could hear people on the street. Didn’t bother us as we go to bed late. Great location just inside the Jewish quarter very close to main public transportation. The breakfast was plentiful. Everything was good. The next day not prepared as well but I’m sure they would’ve corrected something if we asked. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. The pool water was cold (definitely not 27°C as stated). Breakfast was sometimes busy, and we had to wait for a table until one became available. Besides that, everything was fine.

Overall the hotel was good. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The room was nice and clean. The window opens so that was nice. They had the heater going so no A/C. During the day the room can get warm. I left the window open and it helped balance the temp. The hotel is in a good walking location to lots of restaurants, events and sights to see.

Great location for visiting the main sights and good choice for breakfast . Had a deluxe room but it overlooked the street and at night it was noisy and we couldn’t open the window due to the noise . The AC had been turned off throughout the hotel even though autumn daytime temperatures were 19degrees so the rooms were quite warm and stuffy . Nonetheless a great stay with helpful staff !
