This was our first time in Budapest and we travelled to the hotel using the airport express bus. It is a less than 10 minute walk from the bus stop and a great base for exploring the city. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was warm, well maintained and the hotel offers everything you need for short city break with a fantastic breakfast buffet with a choice for everyone. My only negative (which is out of the control of the hotel) is that it can be quite noisy outside if you have a low floor outward facing room - we were on the 1st floor. If you are a light sleeper like me, then maybe request a high floor on internally facing room. Apart from that, would highly recommend and would happily stay again.

The hotel is nice and gives a good first impression. The rooms are clean and the overall stay was okay.
Unfortunately, the rooms do not seem to be very soundproof. I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway and doors opening and closing during the evening and night. This makes it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep.
Considering the price and the hotel’s reputation, I expected better sound insulation. For a hotel of this standard, this should be much better.

The pool and sauna were my favorite parts of the staff. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately, we did have an article of clothing go missing from the room, and have been informed that it will be looked into. Hopefully, we’ll hear back soon.

Upgraded on arrival to junior suite with great balcony.
