The hotel was beautiful and located very centrally next to lots of cafes and tourist attractions. The breakfast was amazing with great variety of options. We also really enjoyed and the bar area with pianist playing there in evening - it was a perfect way to end the day.

Wir verstehen die guten Bewertungen absolut nicht?! Obwohl wir ein Deluxe-Doppel Zimmer gebucht hatten wollte man uns bei Ankunft ein sehr sehr kleines Zimmer geben. (Und kurz vorher bekamen wir noch eine Email, ob wir für 40,- Euro die Nacht auf dieses, bereits gebuchte und bezahlte Zimmer upgraden wollen?!!) Wir bekamen dann ein anderes, aber immer noch sehr sehr kleines (und stinkendes) Zimmer, ca. 30cm ums Bett Platz!! Für die gebuchte Kategorie und für ein 4Sterne superior Hotel absolut nicht angemessen!! Wir lebten aus dem Koffer, da der Schrank auch so klein war, das wir zu zweit unsere Sachen nicht auspacken konnten. Frühstück absolut unterirdisch, wenig Auswahl, das was da ist ist oft nicht frisch, auch da sehr laute komische Musik, Nachbartisch nur 10cm weit weg, kalter Raum, fürchterlich!! Der Aufzug ohne Spiegel, komplett schwarz innen, für Menschen mit Klaustrophobie wie mich absoluter Horror!! Eingang auch dunkle Drehtür, in der Lobby immer penetranter Parfum Geruch. Nachts sehr laute Umgebung, wir konnten keine Nacht durchschlafen. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, das ist aber wirklich das einzig positive!! Wir möchten nie wieder in dieses Hotel!

What a grand hotel! We enjoyed our time here - the staff from the moment we arrived were very welcoming and helpful with tourist information and the room was spacious and clean, with a good sized bathroom. We enjoyed both the indoor heated and outdoor pool as well as the Swedish and Infra red saunas- didn’t get a chance to use the gym unfortunately. Great location just a short walk to so many dining and bar options. Even though we were in a busy area the hotel was very quiet and slept well in the plush bed. We would definitely stay again if we return to Budapest. Thank you !

However a manager by the name of Levente, was excellent and always seemed to source us a tea bag, a very lovely and helpful person. Very nice hotel in excellent location. Helpful staff. The standard double room was an adequate size and although on second floor it was very quiet. Breakfast good. Ordered a room service meal one evening which arrived fairly quickly and was very tasty. Roof top area for relaxing but so much to see in Budapest did not have time to avail of the facilities! Only complaint was that bedroom mattress was not comfortable. All considered would definitely consider staying here again.

Very nice hotel in excellent location. Helpful staff. The standard double room was an adequate size and although on second floor it was very quiet. Breakfast good. Ordered a room service meal one evening which arrived fairly quickly and was very tasty. Roof top area for relaxing but so much to see in Budapest did not have time to avail of the facilities! Only complaint was that bedroom mattress was not comfortable. All considered would definitely consider staying here again.
