Rooms were extremely warm and air con didn't work

Overall the hotel was good. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The room was nice and clean. The window opens so that was nice. They had the heater going so no A/C. During the day the room can get warm. I left the window open and it helped balance the temp. The hotel is in a good walking location to lots of restaurants, events and sights to see.

Good clean modern room. Very quiet & comfortable. Great breakfast good selection & good quality food. All staff very friendly & professional nothing was too much trouble.

Issues with AC meant the room was always too hot / uncomfortable. Lots of noise from communal smoking area at antisocial times led to disturbed sleep.

Great location for visiting the main sights and good choice for breakfast . Had a deluxe room but it overlooked the street and at night it was noisy and we couldn’t open the window due to the noise . The AC had been turned off throughout the hotel even though autumn daytime temperatures were 19degrees so the rooms were quite warm and stuffy . Nonetheless a great stay with helpful staff !

En fait, il faut être le plus factuel possible, hall immense avec sa réception, une impression assez froide qui se confirmera assez vite après avoir pris ma chambre. Une chambre et une salle de bain petite. une vue à l’extérieur type bunker. en revanche, très propre, salle de bain avec un lavabo et une petite cabine de douche, la chambre, un grand lit, deux chevets, une petite table, une petite TV, un rebord au dessous de la fenêtre avec des coussins, une petite commande au mur qui contrôle la Climatisation avec une température demandée à 20° et une température réelle et constante au-dessus de 25° régulièrement a 26°. je suis descendu à la réception pour demander pourquoi la température était aussi élevée dans la chambre. Ils m’ont dit qu’il m’envoyait quelqu’un pour couper ce climatiseur ce qu’ils ont fait et qui n’a rien changé à la température qui est resté systématiquement à 26, un vrai sauna ! j’ai donc dû ouvrir la fenêtre toutes les nuits et je suis rentré avec la crève, transpirer sous la couette avec une fenêtre ouverte, c’est pas idéal. J’étais au sixième étage et la chaleur monte😂 Le personnel est très aimable en général, Un autre élément important concerne le quartier. Visiblement l’environnement immédiat de l’Hôtel n’est pas n’est pas un beau quartier. Ce qu’on m’a dit c’est que c’était le quartier entre guillemets Rom. La belle partie s’appelle le quartier Buda. La description Expedia est assez loin de la réalité, malheureusement .

I always stay in this hotel. They treat me like family, beautiful clean room, staff goes anbo and beyond, excellent breakfast, amenities are great! Love love!!!

Alles super! waren bereits zum zweiten mal in diesem hotel. und sicher nicht zum letzten mal!

Great stay for the price

The hotel is stunning and the location is great for getting around the city. The a/c didn’t work as the heating is now on for winter. Our room on the 6th floor was really hot but, the maintenance team did provide a fan to help. Breakfast was abit limited and the quality of meat a very thick bacon was very fatty. Some of the concierge knowledge on public transport was a little sketchy but, we found our way with a map and google. Lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep which is great at night if you don’t want to venture too far at night. The robes provided are perfect for the spa & the mini bar is great if you arrive in the evening before you can get to a shop for provisions.
