Nice room and very professional team

Good location. Nice staff. Strangely soft bed.

Colazione eccezionale e posizione strategica. Personale eccellente. Purtroppo la camera non era molto pulita (es. Macchie nella vasca da bagno, grumi di capelli trovati all'arrivo) e in generale le condizioni erano da hotel un po' datato (materasso vecchio, lavandino otturato). Rapporto qualità prezzo buono considerando che tra i 4 stelle superior è tra i più economici.

The hotel was very nice with a pool, gym and sauna which was included * very clean open 9am till 9pm* ,the staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to alot. I would stay there again . No noise from other rooms everything was great .

The rooms were not as described. We booked for 5 adults and were told when we called that they could put a cot in the one of the two rooms as had been done by other hotels. When we arrived, it was a crib. Worse yet, they told us it was what we asked for and charged us a small fortune for another room. The rooms were utilitarian but comfortable. Wide variation in room quality though. The hotel amenities all close early as well, which was unfortunate because we never saw the wellness centre.

Amazing location, lovely reception, rooms were nice, clean, comfy beds and a large bathroom (deluxe upgraded though) The spa was a disappointment, especially compared to the pictures and the pool cold.

Room & Maintenance Issues On the first night, the room air-conditioning/heater unit was excessively noisy. I contacted the front desk and was assured that a maintenance technician would be sent to attend to the issue. However, no one came. I called again and received the same assurance, but once again, no action was taken. On the same call, I requested the General Manager’s email address, which was dismissed by the staff member, who stated that it was “not necessary.” Only during this third call was I finally offered a room change. Poor Service Recovery & Staff Attitude When I eventually moved rooms, porter assistance was only offered after I had already brought three pieces of luggage down to the lobby myself, by which point the offer was no longer useful. Throughout these interactions, the staff’s attitude was notably nonchalant and lacked any sense of urgency or empathy. Key Card & Booking Handling Issue The following day, upon returning to my room, my key card stopped working. At the front desk, I was attended by the same staff member who had checked me in. I was told that this was because I had separate bookings and that I would need to come down again the next day to revalidate my key. When I asked if this would happen again, the response was a casual “yes.” Overall, this stay was marked by: • Poor room quality and unresolved maintenance issues • Dismissive and indifferent staff attitude • Weak and delayed service recovery • Inadequate communication
