The staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist & the restaurant hostess. Their service was excellent, starting from the check-in process. I didn't manage to take the picture, but this hotel is superb with that price. We got a spacious connecting room for 4 people and 2 babies where the babies can play as they want, clean room, comfortable bed, a bath tub, a swimming pool, spacious parking lot, friendly staff, perfect location. I will definitely return every time I go to Bandung next year.

This is the second time I have booked, the apartment is very clean, spacious, with 1 main bedroom in which there is a private bathroom, two guest bedrooms and the facilities provided are very complete such as cooking utensils, glasses, spoons, forks, knives, dishwasher , stove, etc. that I usually don't get at other apartments. The quiet location of the apartment and the beautiful atmosphere make me comfortable. For family or business holidays with a team it feels right and recommended to stay in this apartment.

The location is strategic, walkable distance to Rumah Mode but not on the side road so it's quiet and hardly hear any traffic. The hotel has a nice Bali-like ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean, and great. The room service food was good. The breakfast has enough variety and tastes good, especially the traditional kue. Will definitely choose this hotel again next time we are in Bandung.

There is a problem with our AC, but they tried to resolve it quickly and moved us to a new room when they couldn’t fix the AC. The location was perfect, it is in the middle of the city and near Ciwalk. The parking area was spacious.

The 2nd night at Patuha Resort, the atmosphere is cool, calm, quiet and the air is clean and the hotel staff are friendly and fast, the breakfast is also delicious, there is a sulfur hot water pool and many photo spots. Anyway, if you go to Ciwidey, you must come here again.
